Hey boo-tiful! How fast is October going crafty friends! I'm super excited for Halloween crafting and today I am so happy to show you what I've created using the Hey Pumpkin collection along with the newest accent for all our crafty projects: Pom-pom bouquet trim! It comes in all Doodlebug colors that we love so much! I've created some super darling 6x3" textured tags for all your sweets, treats and spooky cute projects! And bonus! I have my video showcase at the end, yay!
If you'd like to recreate my tags, I began with four 6x3 patterned papers and mounted these onto cardstock to make each sturdy. Then for the back, I adhered the 6x3" tag on a contracting patterned paper. Now that your tag will be strengthened to add stitching, ripped papers, and lots of ephemera and stickers! Cute!
Have you spotted the new pom-pom bouquet trim? Yes, it's right there, around the circle ephemera pieces on the front of each tag! I twisted two contrasting trims together to make one piece! I love the look of them. And because it's wired trim, it stays in place.
To add extra pizazz to each of my tags, I used some mini icon stickers and Chit Chat ephemera and layered them onto each tag using pop dots and liquid glue. Each detail was been placed strategically so each tag looks dimensional and fun. And of course, I love to top each of my tags off with matching Doodle-twine and a mini bitty tag! Chef's kiss!
