French Kiss Pop Up Cards | with Kathy

Doodlebug Valentine/Love themed collections are always a favorite for me.  So when I received my big box of French Kiss Goodies, I set out to find a fun, new way to feature the adorable icons and gorgeous papers from the collection.  I came up with pop-up "wiper" cards... take a peek...

When the cards are open as shown above, they have a little pop up feature... the perfect way to showcase the adorable Odds & Ends pieces!  Closed, they fit in a regular envelope.  I love how the collection can be used for everyday cards as well as Valentines!

They are better in action, so I dusted off my Photoshop skills and made a little video....

I just love the little pop-ups!  It's like a game of peek-a-boo!  Here are some close-ups of the cards while opened... I think my favorite is that adorable little Frenchie!!

Have you created any projects using French Kiss?  Make sure to tag @doodlebugdesign on social media so we can see!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

FRENCH KISS - Eiffel Tower Gift Set | with Brigit

French Kiss is such a fun-loving collection, I love the Paris theme with all the adorable characters and Valentine embellishments though it can be used for so many other occasions. Today I'm sharing a gift set, I love the pop of navy in this collection it's the perfect color for my Eiffel tower.

The box with Eiffel tower is an svg file that was cut out on my cutting machine, I decorated it simply with a couple of stickers and some chunky twine.

I used more cutting files along with French Kiss stickers and an Eiffel tower doodle-pop to create this greeting card scene.

Here's a closer look at the Eiffel tower box with some stickers, stamp doodle-pop and a couple of those adorable baby heart sprinkles, love them!

FRENCH KISS - Happy Birthday Layout | with Virginia

Ooh la la, are you swooning over the French Kiss collection?  You know when you first lay eyes on some pretty pattern papers and it coordinates with your photos perfectly? What to do? You jump up and do the double happy dance with a few 'whoops' and fist pumps too!

My photos had the iconic Paris landmarks and I selected the same themed pattern papers (City of Love and French Kiss) for my page background.  I love that Doodlebug collections have a sprinkling of 'Birthday' ephemera which was perfect for my page.

Loving the little mini shape sprinkles, they add just the right amount of shine to the ephemera accents.  Hope you have fun creating with this adorable collection!

FRENCH KISS Card Inspiration | with Kay and Karen

Valentines day is rapidly approaching and the new French Kiss collection is so perfect for creating some quick, easy and super fun cards to share with your family and friends! These are even easy enough that the kids could make them for their classmates!

For my first card, I used the Simply Spring Cards & Envelopes. I used some patterned paper from the French Kiss 6x6 paper pad and layered that across the card front. I added the cute puppy and other elements with foam tape to make them pop.

For this card, I used paper from the French Kiss 6x6 paper pad. I used the clouds for the background and cut a strip of the blue for the street. I then added the cute elements with foam tape. I added a few Shape Sprinkles baby hearts above the girl’s head.

Doodlebug Supply List:

French Kiss 6 x 6 Paper Pad
Cards & Envelopes Simply Spring Assortment
Matte Sprinkles Love Assortment
Shape Sprinkles baby hearts
French Kiss Chit Chat
French Kiss Odds & Ends

I hope you have enjoyed my card today! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Although French Kiss is the cutest Valentine-themed collection ever, I decided to create some general purpose cards.  This collection is a great way to show you love someone any time of the year, on their birthdays or simply as a way of saying "hello".
Both of these cards utilize a step-card design which gave me plenty of space to use a handful of the adorable Odds and Ends die cuts on each.  This collection is definitely going to be on my crafty table year round...if I don't use it all up by the end of the month first!

FRENCH KISS Daily Doodles Planner Spread | with Jomelle

Oh my "puggness" How stinkin' cute! I couldn't help but use this adorable love pug doodle pop in my front cover on my Daily Doodles Travel planner. He deserves to be the center of attention.
The French Kiss Collection have me saying "Ooh la la"
It's so much fun making this shaker cover insert. To create this, I first cut the "love you dots" 12x12 into the size of my insert, in this case Standard size. Then I cut the heart shape in the front. I then added a laminated sheet behind the heart. Next, I added different color sequins and glitters. Lastly, I covered it with another paper that I cut to the size a little bit bigger than the heart. To finish it off, I added the pink twine to border the heart.
Give me some pugs and kisses
Look closely at all the tiny hearts sprinkles I added to the center of each circles. Aren't they so cute?
Odds & Ends pieces always fill up my planner pockets.
I always like to have a lot of layers in my TN. It gives my TN more of that "stuffed" look. I love me some chunky TN.
I used the bows for the tabs. I love how they are peeking out when you look at the side view.
Thanks for joining me here on the blog today. Have a pug-tastic day!

FRENCH KISS: To the Eiffel Tower & Back Layout | with Tegan

Love is in the air with Valentine's Day right around the corner and the French Kiss collection is perfect for documenting photos of loved ones! The great thing about the French Kiss collection though is that it has so many elements that go beyond just the Valentine's Day theme. I plan on using this collection year round to document the people, things, and even dogs that I love!
Seriously, isn't this Odds & Ends die cut of the gal flying her little pink airplane wearing a beret just the cutest?! I added a couple Ladybug Sprinkles to the front of the plane to add some fun dimension.

I really wanted to use the Eiffel Tower Odds & Ends piece and so the title 'I Love You to the Eiffel Tower and Back' was born. I thought it would be fun to put a new spin on the popular 'I Love You to the Moon and Back' phrase. The Odds & Ends banner piece starts the title. I finished the title using the adorable Swimming Pool colored Abigail Alphabet Stickers and the Ladybug Teensy Type Alphabet Stickers.

The Odds & Ends pack has so many die cuts, putting together a layered design is fun and easy! A sweet Swimming Pool colored doily anchors this corner design. I used foam adhesive to add dimension to some of the die cuts, like the tower here. I just love layering patterned papers, photos, and die cuts- don't you?!

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of the gorgeous French Kiss collection and document some of your favorite people!

FRENCH KISS - 'Time Spent With You is Sweet' Layout | with Jana

The French Kiss collection is the perfect way to document time spent together as a couple. My husband and I took a lot of selfies together on our trip celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. I used one of those selfies on this page to scrapbook my feelings about him and our getaway together.
I used lots of hearts and flowers on this page, including the shiny Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 2 900
I used the Cupcake Abigail Letter Stickers to create the first half of my title. I adhered the letters to white cardstock and then fussy-cut around them to create the white shadow effect. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 3 900
I loved this couple die cut from the Odds & Ends because their hair color perfectly matches me and my husband. I used other die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack to create a little scene for them to hang out in. A few shiny Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles adorn the clouds. So cute! Everything is grounded on a border of the Love Always washi tape and a vellum circle embossed with a polka dot embossing folder.
jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 4 900 I used the "SWEET" word die cut from the Chit Chat pack to complete the title, layering it right on top of my photo and accenting it with another floral die cut and the Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 5 900 Do you have a couples selfie shot you can use to document your feelings about your sweetheart? If not, why not snap one this week and make sure to document it using the adorable French Kiss Collection.

FRENCH KISS Card Set | with Tya

February 14 is traditionally the day to send a card, often anonymously, to someone you care about. However, that doesn't mean you can't send cards all year around. The new French Kiss collection is not only ideal for Valentine's Day but has such a large array of icons, patterns, prints and quotes that you can create cards to suit any occasion.
This little heart card was so fun to put together as the Chocolate Box Shape Sprinkles added that hint of fun and dimension with their glossy coating. And yes, that's a brand new chocolate box cut file that will be available very soon.
The Odds & Ends Pack combined with the Chit Chat pack gives you so many card options as you can literally mix and match the icons with the phrases for any occasion.
How could I not create a pug card with this adorable little pug doodle-pop and his enamel nose, and eyes and tiny curly tail.
The floral elements in this collection are so pretty and when paired with a doily you can create a soft and delicate card.
