FARMERS MARKET AUTUMN LAYOUT | with Miguel

Capturing the most beautiful moments of our lives is something incredible because seeing them again is like reliving the moment. Today I used the Farmers Market collection to create my fall layout, the colors combine perfectly with my photos!

And who said that the tags only serve for a gift? Haha, today I used them in a different way, I used them to place my photos and I love it!

I embellished my layout with the beautiful honeycomb Doodle Pop and a Chit chat piece from the collection. And of course, you must add some sparkle with sprinkles!

I invite you to make a layout in a fun way with the tag sheet from the collection, I think you will love it!  Thank you for reading today, see you soon!

FARMERS MARKET HAPPY HARVEST LAYOUT | with Nathalie

It is almost time to shift to the jolliest time of the year, but let's take a chance at one last project with the beautiful Farmer's Market  collection.

I started my page by creating the grid background for the page.  I cut a few of the patterned papers into 2.5" squares, and then attached them to the center of a Petite Print paper.

I added a bit  of dimension to each of the squares and also hand drew a stitching line with white ink gel so that it brings more of quilted look to the grid.

The pictures were backed with papers from the  6x6 paper pad, then placed in the center of the page.   I used a selection of embellishments to each side of the pictures to complement the story.

Just love all the beautiful pieces in this collection.  The little chicks are just so darling, and hard to pass up!

I am in love with the Farmer's Market  Chit Chat pieces, they were the perfect way to construct my title and add a few extra sentiments to the page.

I  hope that this gives you a bit of inspiration for your Fall layouts before we completely switch to the newest Christmas collection.  XO

FARMERS MARKET BOX CARDS | with Kathy

I hope all of our followers had a wonderful Thanksgiving break!  Personally, I ate too much and spent too much on my holiday shopping, but it was wonderful to have family home!  I also got some time in the craft room to play some more with the Farmers Market Collection.  I was picking through the adorable Odds & Ends and found the cutest little paper bag full of veggies, and I thought it would make a cute 3D Box Card.  I came up with two different versions... take a peek...

For my first card, I used the floral pieces from the Bits & Pieces pack to fill my bag.  For the base of my card, I altered this file from Lori Whitlock.  I added handles and my own inserts, and lots and lots of flowers!  I layered many and added some foam dots for more dimension.

To finish it, I added a Chit Chat sentiment and some of the Honey Bees and Fall Flowers Shaped Sprinkles.

My next card was made to resemble the cute paper bag of veggies from the Odds & Ends pack.  I used the same base file for the bag, and then chose the cutest of the veggies to add to my card.

To complete, I added the Hello sign from the Chit Chat pieces.  How fun are those little smiles?

That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

FARMERS MARKET THANKFUL MINI ALBUM | With Traci

Hello friends and Happy Thanksgiving! Traci here and I want to wish everyone a wonderful day filled with lots of special memories and reasons to be grateful. Today, I'm sharing a mini album titled Thankful that I made with the adorable Farmers market collection. It's a bountiful basket filled with cute fruits, veggies, and jars!

To make this, I used a Doodlebug cutting file that will be available in the Lori Whitlock shop soon. I cut the base shape of the basket out of white cardstock and for the top pieces ... I used textured card stock in Bon Bon, Buffalo Check/Woodgrain in Kraft and Citrus, and textured card stock in limeade for the bow.

Aren't the little white flowers cute? Those and all the other die cuts are from the Veggie Garden Odds and Ends. The flower's leaves are from the Fall Flowers sprinkles and the Thankful is from the Chit Chat.

Inside the front cover, I added matching veggie die cuts to the backside of those on the front. The Odds and Ends come with 113 pieces so you have plenty of shapes to work with.

I layered each of the white card stock pages with a different 12x12 pattern paper. I love how bright and colorful the prints are. They're perfect for the autumn season. Check out the Fall Floral print below!

I added a circular mat to each page that can be used for photos or journaling. I made them with a 3" scalloped circle punch and a 2.5" circle punch, then embellished with more cute die cuts.

I'm loving all the cute smiling faces on the veggies. This collection is so much fun for fall projects, farm or farmers market pictures, family and friend memories, or Thanksgiving!

Like the page above says, I am "so thankful" for being on Doodlebug's Design Team and being able to share this mini with you today.  I hope everyone has fun creating with the Farmers Market Collection and has a wonderful holiday celebrating with loved ones. 🧡

FARMERS MARKET TOGETHER LAYOUT | with Erica

Hello Friends! Erica here with you today sharing a 12x12 layout using the Farmers Market collection!

I started with a piece of 10.5x10.5 white textured cardstock and matted it onto a piece of 11x11 Falling Leaves pattern paper. Next I matted them both onto a piece of 12x12 Fall Floral paper from the Farmers Market collection. I knew I wanted to create a wreath with the the beautiful florals in the Farmers Market bits & pieces pack!

I started by drawing a circle in the middle of the white cardstock and then adhered florals, leaves and hearts all around the circle. I added my two photos that are 2.75x2.75 in size.

Under my photos I used one of the Farmers Marker Chit Chat pieces for my title and then tucked in a tag to the left of my photos. I used some doodle twine to add a small bow at the top of the tag.

I pulled out some different Doodlebug Sprinkles to add around my floral wreath for more texture and interest. The jewels help add some sparkle to the page!

To finish off the layout I splattered white acrylic paint and gold mist all around the page.

The gold was the perfect match with the rich colors in the Farmers Market collection. I love how this layout turned out and the fall leaves in my photos go perfect with the colors in this collection!

You can check out my full process over on my YouTube channel HERE! Thanks so much for stopping by the Doodlebug Blog today and I hope you all have a wonderful week!

FARMERS MARKET BITS AND PIECES CARDS | with Karen

A couple of weeks ago, I created a fun set of birthday cards with the new Farmers Market collection, focusing on the floral die cuts that coordinate with this collection. While I love the way those cards turned out, I don't always have the time to cut and put together all the pieces of the die cuts. So I thought I would see if I could create a similar look - this time with the Farmers Market Bits and Pieces.

All-three-2

Voila! Given that Thanksgiving in the US is around the corner, I decided to create thank-you cards for this set.

Closeup

Just like with the flowers I cut out on the last set, I worked on layering the pieces and used foam adhesive to add some depth and dimension to the cards. I finished each one off with some Mini Jewels for a bit of sparkle.

All-three-1

I really love the way that these cards turned out as well, and I do have to say that they were significantly faster to complete! So, if time is a bit of crunch, let Doodlebug do some of the work for you and use the Bits and Pieces to get all the fun layers and designs you want on your cards! Thanks for stopping by! Hugs,

FARMERS MARKET CARD TRIO | with Wanda

Hey hey hey! It's Wanda here, once again, using the fabulous Farmers Market Collection! Yippeeeeeee! Hey, guess what? I made some non-holiday cards! I thought it was time we could use some more birthday cards and just because cards, and this fun collection is perfect for it!! Today, I'm sharing a trio of fun and cheerful cards that I hope will make you smile!

All three cards are white A2 sized card bases. I used the awesome 12x12 text patterned paper as the background for all three cards also. I do love a good text pattern.... So I have two birthday cards and one just because card. Each card features a Doodle Pop as the focus, some mini doilies, and lots of color! Here is my trio....

20

Look at these delicious Doodle Pops!!! Three layers, four layers...oh my! These are just the happiest things ever!

20

I used basically the same card design/layout for each card. Either a stitched circle or a stitched rectangle, offset on the card... Then all the embellishments and doilies. Oh, and some paint splashes too. I really just went to town mixing and matching all these colors. Everything is from the same collection - Farmers Market.

20

20

The little Beehive Doodle Pop is a shaker! Bzzzzz. I added a couple of flowers and a heart to that sweet little hive. Oh, and some buzzin' bees too.

20

I used some Chit Chat sentiments along the bottom of each card and that just ups the cuteness factor. Everything is done for you! These cards come together easily and the combinations of elements is endless!

20

I will see you again right here soon! Until then, happy crafting!

FARMERS MARKET PUMPKIN HEADS LAYOUT | with Lisa

Do you love the warm colors of Fall and the soft sliding into winter...? Well, with the  amazingly beautiful Farmers Market collection, you get all oft that. No harsh and cold colors yet, even if winter is almost here :) For this project, I chose to create a very simple, yet colorful and happy layout.

To start, I chose almost all of the patterned papers and cut thin, around 1/3 inch wide, strips. I didn't really take care to be precise while cutting, I just wanted strips with different lengths and approximately the same widths. I used white cardstock as my background and started stitching all of my pieces onto the paper. I used different stitching styles, varying zig-zag stitches and straight stitches.

I distressed the edges of the strips, which I recommend doing BEFORE stitching...;) I went through the die cut pieces from the Odds & Ends and Bits & Pieces packs and chose flowers and leaves that I placed onto the layout, trying to match the colors a bit with the background strips.

My photo was already matted with an older orange paper that I had used months ago and then, it had ended back up in my photo collection. I adhered it, using foam tape. Then I adhered all of the florals and looked for a title. I used one of the Chit Chat die cuts along with some gold Abigail alpha stickers.

Then came the best part of course... adding all the cute embellishments. I used jewels and bee sprinkles, dots and hearts.

That's it. All done :) Super easy, but pretty.  Thanks for stopping by and see you soon,
