HIPPITY HOPPITY CHICK SHAPED MINI ALBUM | with Shellye

Mini albums are perfect for Easter basket stuffers.  Whether it's for the bigs or littles, moms or grandmas, this little album is sure to be a hit!  Today I'm sharing a chick shaped album featuring the "Hippity Hoppity" Collection

I started with a package of wooden chick ornaments that I purchased from The Dollar Tree!

There are a total of eight 4"X3" wooden shapes in the pack; I painted both sides of each yellow.

I traced the shape onto one of the 6X6 paper pad papers and trimmed out. I used mod podge to apply the paper and seal.  Next I embellished with a Doodle Pop and a few stickers!

Using the 2.25" circle portion of the Nesting Scallops Dies, I cut various circles of paper to use as photo mats.  The pages were lightly embellished with stickers, mini icon stickers, enamels, small Doodle Pops, etc.

The completed pages were combined together with a 1.5" ring and a matching piece of gingham ribbon tied on!  This would also be a fun project for the kids to make a page for mom or grandma...a sweet Easter brag book keepsake!

Thanks for joining!

HIPPITY HOPPITY EASTER EGG LAYOUT | with Miguel

Hello! Today I have a fun layout featuring photos from an Easter Crop I held this past weekend, using the Hippity Hoppity Collection!

The Easter crop celebration brought us funny moments and a lot laughter, during our Easter Egg hunt.  I You can see how much fun in the photos we took!

I used the Hippity Hoppity Collection and the Easter Eggs Cut File  available in the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop in which make the 3D effect in the central pieces of the egg.

I decorated my layout with chit chat, odds & ends from the same collection and add more decoration with the fantastic shape sprinkles.

I say goodbye hoping that my work inspires you to document the funny moments of Easter.

HIPPITY HOPPITY EASTER CARDS | with Karen

There is something about all the cuteness of Easter that I just love.  Bunnies, chickies, pretty flowers, new grass - it really is a hopeful time of the year.  Add the Doodlebug brand of cuteness into the mix and it's probably safe to say that I could make Easter themed crafts all year.

So I was really egg-cited (sorry, I couldn't resist) to be able to share some more inspiration with you from the Hippity Hoppity collection.  Any excuse to pull out the adorable stamp sets that go with this collection is a good excuse!

All-3-1

These cards were created with the help of the coordinating die sets that come with Doodlebug stamps.  Although I really like fussy cutting, Doodle cuts make the process so much easier.  When I want to pile on as many stamps as I can onto my cards - and with this many cute ones to choose from, who wouldn't, Doodle cuts are my go to!

And the great this is that with just a couple of well places embellishments....

Spring is the time for new beginnings and fresh starts!  So if you haven't picked up your Hippity Hoppity collection yet, do it!  It is a fresh start that will have you smiling from ear to ear (sorry - I will stop now)!

Thanks for stopping by!

HIPPITY HOPPITY OUR EASTER BUNNIES LAYOUT | with Nathalie

We are all counting down the days until we have an excuse to eat chocolate eggs!  Well, my littles (niece and nephew) are probably the biggest Easter fans, especially of large baskets of treats.  They even wear the bunny ears and matching pjs for the occasion. So, the new HIPPITY HOPPITY collection is just perfect to document some of these memories.

The focus of this layout was their bunny ears, which lead me to create the bunny silhouette cut out. I simply drew the shape on white cardstock, cut it out, and hand stitched the entire border.

The bunny silhouette is backed with a piece of white vellum. What better way to fill the space than colorful Easter eggs.   For this, I fussy cut almost an entire page Hunting paper, and then glued them (with foam adhesive) to the vellum piece.   I framed the page with the Hoppy Day paper.

I used papers from the 6x6 paper pad to back the pictures, and added small borders from fussy cut pieces from the Easter Egg paper.   Then it was all about embellishing this page.  The title is a combination of Odds & Ends, and Chit Chat pieces plus Monochromatic Alpha Stickers.  Don't we all love the little bunnies in the scooter!!

I added a few more bunnies around the page, all is left to do is add the journal (my sister can do that when she gets this in her album).  Remember to check the new HIPPITY HOPPITY collection, it brings happy in every single piece.  XO

HIPPITY HOPPITY YOU COLOR MY WORLD LAYOUT | with Erica

Hey friends! Erica here with you today to share another 12x12 scrapbook layout using the Hippity Hoppity collection.
I pulled out another Bella Blvd Cut Out that I thought would be perfect for a spring/Easter layout! The flowers in the cut out are so fun and the perfect way to add lots of color! I backed the cut out using the Hippity Hoppity 6x6 paper pad and added some of the Spring Assortment sprinkles and the Birthday Girl Assortment to the center of some of the flowers. This adds some fun texture and interest to the layout. My photos are of our sweet Liam Jay and there is no reason why you can't use flowers on a boy layout! The colors in my photos were clashing with the colors in the collection so I printed them out in black and white and turned them into two small photo strips. I added some Doodlebug Design vellum behind them for a pop of color and another texture to the page. I popped them up on the page for added dimension and started to embellish around the photos using Hippity Hoppity Odds & Ends and Chit Chat pieces!
For my title I used one of the Chit Chat pieces and it fits perfectly under both of the photos! The critters in this collection are adorable and I just had to use a couple of them one this page with some of the speech bubbles in the Hippity Hoppity Chit Chat pack! Some of the flowers in the Bella Blvd cut out are all white so I added some of the Doodlebug Design sprinkles to the center of them to help them stand out! I love how this layout turned out and documents this sweet moment of Liam coloring Easter eggs and making a colorful mess! Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed this layout using the Hippity Hoppity collection! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

HIPPITY HOPPITY STAMPED CARDS | with Wanda

Hello everyone! It's getting close to Easter and today I'm sharing fun Easter cards made with the super awesome Hippity Hoppity Collection, and featuring the two stamp sets that come in this collection. I love to stamp and color, don't you? Combine a clean and simple card layout, some sweet patterned papers and embellishments...and you have Easter cards ready to go! I made three cards to share. All use basically the same layout. This is a great layout/sketch to save for any occasion. You could use a Doodle Pop at the main image if you're not a stamper!

Here are my three cards - they are all A2 sized with white card bases. I covered the fronts with patterned paper from the Hippity Hoppity 6x6 paper pad - it's the perfect scale for card making.

How adorable is that carrot car!? I think I need a carrot car! I stamped and die cut out all the images and colored them with Copic Markers. These cards use the Hippity Hoppity Doodle Stamps and the Hoppy Easter Doodle Stamps. Both have matching die cuts!

I like to add white gel pen accents to my stamped images. I mounted everything with foam tape. For my finishing touches I used Doodlebug Twine and Mini Jewels in coordinating colors.

I couldn't resist that cute flying bunny, and made him look like he's jumping into a colorful pile of Jelly Beans! I used marker colors to match that fun plaid paper. As an accent on all three cards I used the Petite Gingham 6 x 6 paper pad also.

This sweet card features the adorable bunny and lamb along with the Easter basket stamps. Traditionally Easter - love it!

HIPPITY HOPPITY POLAROID MINI ALBUM | with Ashley

Hi All! Time for a fun shaker project! This is also one of those projects that started out as one idea, but lead to something different and I love how it turned out!

I knew I wanted to make some polaroid shaker embellishments. I will link a full tutorial and flip through here. I started by cutting out some polaroid shapes using my cameo. You don't need a cutting machine to do this, but I just found it easier. They measure 3.5" long by 2.75" wide. From there I used some foams stripes and a fun sequins mix to turn all these cut outs into shakers.

Originally, I was going to embellish and save these to use individually in separate projects, but I decided to use them all up now in a little mini album.  So I punched holes and added all the shakers to a binder ring and also made every other "page" a blank polaroid for adding photos or journaling.

Of course, I added stitching and little delicate touches to each page. Some of the pages have some stitched and ruffled vellum and the first page I added a little pom-pom to the bunny tail. Love these little details! Finally, I added some tassels to finish off this little mini album.

Thanks for stopping by today! Happy crafting!
