SNOW MUCH FUN WINTER WONDERLAND GRID LAYOUT | with Tarrah

There’s something magical about winter—the crisp air, the sparkle of fresh snow, and those peaceful blue‑tinted landscapes that make the season feel like a storybook. Today I’m excited to share a layout that captures all of that magic using the adorable Snow Much Fun collection.

This layout brings together cool winter blues, charming seasonal icons, and a grid-style design that beautifully highlights each photo. If you love documenting snowy adventures or simply adore winter-themed crafting, this page is bursting with ideas and inspiration!

The Snow Much Fun collection is perfect for winter photos—its mix of icy blues, mint greens, soft purples, and snowy whites sets the perfect backdrop for chilly memories. I layered patterned papers in various shades of blue to create a frame that pulls the eye into the center of the layout, giving the page both structure and softness.

The grid design allows for multiple photos without overwhelming the layout. With winter landscapes as striking as these, it’s wonderful to give each moment its own spotlight!

At the heart of this layout sits an adorable snowman duo from the Snow Much Fun Odds & Ends pack. I created a layered scene behind them using coordinating patterned papers, but the real star of the centre area is the shaker pocket I made underneath, machine stitching in some Flurry & Ice Crystal Shakers behind the Let It Snow Acetate Paper.
The little bits of color inside the shaker add movement and magic—like a swirling snow globe right in the middle of the page. It’s such a fun way to add texture and an interactive charm, and it ties in perfectly with the winter theme.

Doodlebug’s signature icons and mini stickers help bring even more personality to the layout. Mittens, trees, little snowflakes, and scattered snow‑themed shapes are tucked around the page to add softness and visual interest without overwhelming the design.

I also used sentiment pieces like “Winter Wonderland” and “Snow Much Fun” to anchor the theme and help guide the viewer’s eye across the page. Pops of purple and mint green break up the cool blues and add a cheerful, playful contrast.

This layout documents a stunning winters day—beautiful blue skies reflected on icy water, tree silhouettes in the snow, and crisp paths leading through frosty scenery. The multiple photo strips help tell the whole story at a glance while keeping the page clean and cohesive.

If you’ve ever found yourself with too many beautiful winter photos to choose from, this type of design is perfect for letting them all shine.

Mini snowflakes, enamel accents, and the sparkle from the shaker pocket all come together to give the layout a fresh, frosty feel. The Snow Much Fun collection makes it incredibly easy to create a page that is both cute and elegant—just the right combination for winter crafting. Happy crafting!

SNOW MUCH FUN WINTER BOOKMARKS | with Niella

Hi crafty friends! Hope you've settled nicely into the New Year and are all snug and cozy! Let's jump right in with a hot beverage today as I bring you my third project revisiting the very cute Snow Much Fun collection by Doodlebug Design! Large bookmarks! These layered and fun 2.38 x 7" bookmarks are sure to please! I have a video showcase at the end, so read through and I'll see you at the end.  Yay!

Before I start creating, I like to grab my items and then spread out all the papers, stickers alongside the extra bits and pieces so I can be inspired by the colors and characters, and Doodlebug never fail to have the cutest and most delightful faces. How do you begin creating?

With these bookmarks, I first created the bases with white cardstock.  Each of these bases are 2.38 x 7".  Once I have these cut out, I start to layer patterned papers and strips of cardstock.  Scallop edges adds extra texture and if you know my projects, you'll know I love my scallop scissors!  Once I have the papers all adhered with liquid glue, the fun part really begins; building each bookmark!

How cute is the little wolf hat and stripped scarf.  She's ready to have fun in the snow with her buttoned up jacket and mittens, so adorable! To pop the ephemera pieces, I've used foam squares to bring dimension to each bookmark.  I've designed each one so the top part sits above the book pages.

Close up photos show how dimensional each bookmark is.  I used mainly the Odds & Ends ephemera and the speech bubbles and tab stickers are from the This & That cardstock sticker sheet.  The snowflakes are extra cute, so I used them here and there to jazz up the bookmarks. How sweet are all the faces! Hi cute miss bunny and happy mister snowman! Adorable!

Thank you again for visiting crafty crew! I hope you've found inspiration today! Please remember to tag us in your Socials when you create with Doodlebug so we can all admire your creativity! We love seeing your creations! Until next time; doodle doo!  Enjoy my video showcase!

SNOW MUCH FUN POP UP CARDS | with Karen

Hey Doodlebug fans! Sometimes winter can seem really dark and long, especially up here where I live when the sun doesn't come up until after 8:00am and is down by 5:00. But there is also a brightness that comes this time of year when the lights reflect off of the snow and clouds and you can actually see for miles in the darkness. That's what I love about the Snow Much Fun collection from Doodlebug - it celebrates all the fun and lightness in what can be a dark time. So today, I wanted to share a couple of thank-you cards using this collection that also celebrate those in our lives that help bring the light!

These cards don't look like much on the front (although I would argue are still pretty in their simplicity), but open them up...

...and all the fun jumps out at you! This is a style of card called a stadium wave pop up and I recently came across the style. I thought they were a perfect way to showcase all the great parts of this collection!

For this one, I use the 12x12 Ice Crystals paper as the base. This is one of my favourite patterned papers of all time from any company - the colours are unexpected and absolutely beautiful!

And then I embellished the pop out pieces with a variety of die cuts from the Bits & Pieces and Odds & Ends packs. This part was the most fun because I got to play with different shapes, sizes and placements to get the effect I was looking for.

I also his a little spot to pull out a message underneath the sentiment that I created. I just wanted a nice space to write a meaningful note while still leaving lots of room for the card elements.

Finally, I decorated the front with the adorable polka dot paper called Snow Day and then created a little band to hold the card closed (it get's a bit bulky with the party inside)! I plan to use the space on the round die cut for the recipient's name. So, if you need a little light in your life right now, grab your Doodlebug and get crafting. You won't regret it! Thanks for stopping by! Hugs,

SNOW MUCH FUN WINTER BOXES | with Miguel

As you can probably tell, I personally love finding items related to Doodlebug designs, and today is no exception. I bought these snowy pine candles that perfectly complement the projects I made today!

I made these boxes with the Snow Much Fun collection; the base is made with cardstock and the lid with acetate to make the pine candle stand out.

For the decoration I used icons with the different characters from the collection and I loved the result!

And that's how I created these beautiful boxes! They're perfect for giving a little something during this cold season.

Thanks for stopping by and reading!

SNOW MUCH FUN - HAVING SNOW MUCH FUN LAYOUT | with Nathalie

We are living Winter at its peak here in Toronto, Canada.  We are buried under 60 cm of snow here, so  we are indoors and it is a good time to work on some crafty projects.  I pulled my  Snow Much Fun collection to document a few memories of winter days past.  Here is what I created:

I love the colors in the collection, and wanted to pull a few vibrant colors to bring this memories together in a simple design.

I trimmed  pieces from the Wintery Woods paper  and placed them on top of one of the textured cardstock to create a foundation for my photos.  I also trimmed a piece from the 6x6 paper pad  to frame the photo and repeated the pattern in a small strip at the bottom of the page.  I pulled a few of the border stickers complete my base.

Once I set the photos in place, then I started adding pieces of Chit Chat at the top left corner of the photo.  Then decided to add more stickers to bring more sentiments and interest to that space.

I wanted a large title to balance the pictures; so, I clustered pieces to create a large  title at the bottom right corner of the page.  I added a piece of Chit Chat above the cluster to create my title.   To finish, then I added sprinkles and a few Doodle-pops to  some areas just to bring it all together.

I love how this turned out and I  hope that it is inspire you to get creating with the Snow Much Fun Collection. XO

SNOW MUCH FUN TAG MINI | with Kathy

Here in the Boston area, we are in the middle of a big snow storm. They are predicting almost 2 feet of snow!  This gave me the idea to create a fun little "Snow Day" mini album.  I thought a tag mini would be perfect.  Take a peek....

I cut my tags bases from a number of different patterned papers, and the Let it Snow Heavyweight acetate from the collection.  They measured approximately 3 1/2" wide by 5 5/8" tall.  I cut the top corner notches about 5/8" in on each side.  For each tag I used a 3/4" circle punch to cut some coordinating textured cardstock.  I used these as reinforcements for the tag holes.

For the album cover, I used the Let it Snow Heavyweight Acetate.  I added a die cut stitched rectangle on the front as a base and then decorated it with some Odds & Ends, Icon Stickers, Puffy Icons, Chit Chats, Shaped sprinkles and some Alphabet Soup Puffy Letters.

Then on each of the 6 tags I added a photo mat, and various embellishments including This & That, Icon and Puffy Icon Stickers.  I also used a number of Chit Chat, Odds & Ends and Bits & Pieces.  I also included a few smaller tags from the Bits & Pieces and Chit Chat pieces in between my pages.

I just love all the cute little snowmen in this collection!  This is the perfect little book to hold a few favorite pics from what is sure to be a snow day!  That's it for me today, thank you for stopping by to peek!

SNOW MUCH FUN WINTER MINI ALBUM | with Conny

Hello Crafty Friends! It’s Conny here from The Daily Life of Creativity, and today I’m sharing this 8 1/4” x 5 1/2” mini album created using the Snow Much Fun collection. This album has lots of pages, and the middle booklet uses acetate for a book. It was so much fun to put together using this beautiful wintery collection. Check out the process Video.
Let’s get started! I started with chipboard: (2) covers measuring 8 1/4” x 5 1/2” and (1) spine measuring 1 3/4” x 6 1/2”. Cut (1) 10” x 7 1/8” from each of the following papers:  Snow Much Fun and  Ice Crystal. I turned the paper so the branding strip is vertical, up and down, then adhered the chipboard covers to the 10” x 7 1/8” pieces. I used Snow Much Fun with the images facing out and  Ice Crystal with the snowflake side facing out.

I placed the chipboard centered, leaving about 3/4” on all sides, using a cover guide tool and adhesive . I then mitered all four corners with diagonal cuts. If you don’t have a cover guide tool, trim about 1/8” away from each chipboard corner to ensure clean wrapping. I then wrapped all four sides of each cover using adhesive of your choice.

Next I cut (1) Teal coordinating cardstock or Robin’s Egg measuring 3 3/8” x 8 3/8”.  I adhered the 1 3/4” x 6 1/2” spine in the center, again leaving about 3/4” on all sides. Next I cut (1) 4 7/8” x 6 1/2” from Ice Crystals and adhere the wrapped spine in the center, leaving roughly 1 1/2” flaps on both sides. When adhering the spine to the covers, try to keep it centered. It is roughly about 7/8” from the top and bottom. Assemble in this order: cover, spine, then cover.

For the inside covers,  I cut (2) pieces measuring 8 1/8” x 5 3/8” from Snow Happy Together and adhered them to the inside covers to cover the chipboard fully.  I then cut (2) white 110 lb cardstock at 8” x 10 1/2” for the pages. They were scored on the longest side at 5” and 5 5/12”. The pages will have a 1/2” spine. These pages were adhered to the spine 1/8” in, leaving about 1/4” in the middle for the booklet that will be added next, and 1/8” in the front and back pages.

For the booklet, I cut (1)  Let It Snow heavyweight acetate measuring 8” x 10” and score on the 10” side at 5”. I Cut (1) purple coordinating cardstock at 8” x 9 3/4” and scored on the longest side in the middle at 4 7/8”. I Cut (1) 8” x 8 3/4” from Wintery Woods and score in the middle of the 8 3/4” side at 4 3/8”.
Using a hole punch, I punched two holes along the score line at the top and bottom, about 1” in, and bind using twine. I used the Crop-A-Dile (We R Makers) with the smaller holes. The hole punch was also used on the spine between the single pages of white cardstock, which has 1/4” punch holes in the middle

For mats and layers, I cut (2) pieces measuring 4 3/4” x 7 3/4” from each of the following papers:  Snow Day,  Ice Crystals,  All Bundled Up, and  Frosted Friends.

To decorate the cover page, I used one of the cards, then created a cluster inside the little circle with the Penguins pals, Colorful snowflakes, and  Chit Chats.
To finish the album, I embellished with odds and ends, stickers, and mini icons. Two pages include flip-up pages. For those, cut two pieces of white cardstock measuring 4” x 5 1/2” and score on the long side at 1/2”. One flip page was adhered to the front page, and the second one was adhered to the second page.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I can’t wait to see you creating this mini album. If you’d like to watch the process video, head over to my YouTube channel, where I’ll have the video available for you to follow along.
