Back to School with Doodlebug: Teacher Gifts Ideas

We thought with so many of you having kids go back to school this month that we'd feature some fun Back to School, Teacher Gift and overall School Themed projects with you on the blog this week.

Teacher Gift Bag & Tag
by Tamara Tripodi

I created a cute and simple apple shaped gift bag! Fill this little bag with gift cards or treats for the teacher. The apple bag is die cut using an SVG Cuts file. I also created a little tag to go along with the bag. Simply cut a small rectangle, then round the edges.
I added some adorable Doodle Pops to the tag and bag.. my favorite! It's always so hard for me to use them because I want to keep them all!

Hall Passes
by Sherry Cartwright

Wouldn't these be the perfect thing to give your teacher. The kids will love these boy and girl "hall passes".

This Teacher Rules
by Shellye McDaniel

Designer Note: I created my own 3-D clipboard by cutting-out and then layering different pieces from the "Take Note" Ditto Dots Double-Sided Cardstock.  Wanting to expand the look of the Doodle-Pop pencil, I cut it in half and then adhered just under the apple motif.  A double row of Doodle-Twine gives a nice finishing touch around the edge of the easel.  I found this very inexpensive chalkboard/white board easel at Hobby Lobby...just add a dry erase marker and you have a complete gift!

Supply List: Take Note Collection; For Teacher Doodle-Pops; Swimming Pool Doodle Twine; Bright Asst Sugar Coated Brads
