I used one of the cards from the card pack and tucked the tags inside. The jelly clip served as a closure. I decorated the card front with stickers, a die cut and my favorite Abigal font letter stickers.
Each tag had a theme. This first one is all about a tropical vibe - sitting under a palm tree with a yummy drink.
I love the chit chat die cuts. They really make the greatest accents on my projects. As you can see, I used white cardstock for the base of the card. I love how the white makes the colors in the Sweet Summer collection just pop! I used some punched paper and a sticker border. Then, I embellished each with the die cuts.
This tag is all about the yummy sweet treats we love to have in the summer time. The rainbow banner and umbrella make it so much fun.
My last tag reminds me of sitting on the beach and listening to my favorite music. The little cassette tape brings back lots of memories of me doing just that!
The best part about these gift tags is that they are a little gift themselves. The bow at the top detaches and is a planner clip. I made them using paper from the 6 by 6 pad and a metal die cut. There are digital bow die cuts as well. And you can even find bow templates online to print out, if die cutting isn't your thing. I love how these turned out and think I will be making a LOT of them now.
Aren't they so fun??? Can't wait to send them off to their new homes.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a great day!
Such a fun bunch of embellies! Love the bows!
