"Tweet Tweet" The cute birds had my full attention when I was creating my weekly layout. I just love all the bright yet sweet colors of the birds from Doodlebug's Hello range.
Even though this collection came with beautiful washi tapes, I decided to cut up the strip of birds from the 12x12 cardstock and used it as a washi. I added the strip on top and the bottom of the second half of my weekly layout.
For the first half of the week, I decided to use the ribbon strip as a washi which I cut out from the same 12x12 cardstock.
I wanted to try out the pens I recently purchased from the Dollar Store to see if they were any good. So of course I had to use them in my layout since they match with the colors perfectly. I actually liked how they write.
We can't forget all about Father's Day. I want say "Happy Father's Day" to all the Dad's out there. Special Shout out to my hubby Mr. Jordan Gomez who loves us unconditionally. Thank you for everything that you do and for being the most unselfish person I know. We Love You.
I thought it'll be cute to make a pocket out of the birds 12x12 cardstock to hold Odds & Ends pieces and anything else I will be using in my planner. I think that whatever pieces I put in this pocket will look cute since well "Hello" we're talking about Doodlebug here, they make anything and everything super cute.
