Spring Things Collection: Planners & Midori Notebook by Jomelle Gomez

Good Morning Doodlebugs! Are you all ready for Spring? It's Jomelle today and I'm here to share with you what I have created using the Spring Things. As soon as I saw this super cute collection, I already had in mind what pictures to use and what I wanted to make.

Spring Things collection came with so many adorable designs that it was so hard for me to choose the perfect one for my Traveler's Notebook Cover. I finally went with "bitty bees" and "spring-a-ling" 12x12 cardstock.

Here are the products I used to make my TN cover.

As always, the planner girl in me love pockets stuffed with lots of embellishments. I used the odds & ends to fill up my pockets with goodies. How cute is that sun paper clip?

The cloud paper clip and the bee doodle-pops are my favorite here.

I used the flower doodle-pops to make a paper clip. It turned out really cute.

Don't you love how the pink and yellow twines make the perfect binding and they add a little something fun to this Traveler's Notebook?

Closer look.

I like decorating the cover page of my TN. I used the pastel pink 12x12 cardstock on the left side then added the washi tape on the bottom all the way across the other page. The sun on the cloud is also a doodle-pops which I turned into a paper clip.

This page is very special to me. In April of 2015, we took pictures outdoor for our pregnancy announcement. The whole family was very excited with this amazing news. My 2 boys were looking forward in having a little one in the house. I wrote my journal on the pink flower from the odds & ends.

Close ups of the pages. I cut the doily in half to add layer to this page.

On the left side of this page, I used the adhesive square label pocket from Target One Spot to hold the treat bag. It will hold sticky notes, pictures, or more embellishments. I wrote more journal into the little piece of notebook page that is sticking out of the treat bag. I just love adding extra layers into my layout.

I printed all my pictures using the HP Sprocket, which I found it the best portable printer as far as the quality of color goes. No editing needed when printing.

I've been wanting to document this special day and I finally found the perfect collection with Spring Things , this is the perfect way to do it. Thank you for your time and I hope everyone feels inspired. Have a great day!
