Easter Express Collection: Planner love with Jomelle Gomez

Hello Everyone! It's Jomelle here today at Doodlebug. I am sharing my planner layouts using the Easter Express collection. I am super excited about Easter this year since my daughter will be a year and half and she will be able to do the Easter Egg Hunt with her 2 older brothers.

First thing first. Planner girls always need to pick which planner to choose that match. I had such a hard time choosing which color matches the Easter Express. My 3 choices were the light orange, mint or the peach. All these planners are A5 size.

Here is my monthly layout for April. I don't have that much going on this month except for my kid's Spring Break and Easter Sunday. I can always fill up the rest when I have something planned.

As you can see here, I chose the mint planner since it matches perfectly with the Easter colors.

Most of the embellishments I used are from the Odds & Ends.

Just a close up view. I stamped the dates using black ink for my monthly layout.

Here is my weekly layout for the week of Easter. I used green doilies to add more layers. I chose
green because the color stands out and it matches perfectly with all the colors from this collection. I used the train set from the Odds & Ends and made them into paper clips. I thought they look super cute on the top of the pages.

I used the circle numbers from the "teensy type" cardstock stickers to add the dates.

My Easter layout wouldn't be complete without making an egg shape dashboard. I cut the egg shape using the 12x12 "Easter Egg Dot" cardstock. I then added doilies and embellishments. I used a hole puncher so I can add this dashboard to my A5 planner.

Close up of  the Easter Egg Dashboard I made. I used sprinkles to add more dimension to the polka dots.

Left side of my planner are pockets full of embellishments and on the right side is my egg dashboard.

These are the washi tapes that I used and are part of the Easter Express Collection.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you are all as excited as I am for Easter Sunday celebration. I can't wait to see what everyone else create with the Easter Express.
