Cream & Sugar: Planner pages by Anabelle

Hi everyone! I am so excited to be sharing my first blog post with you today. I have long been a fan of Doodlebug Designs and am thrilled to be a part of the team now. I have been scrapbooking since 2004 and have most recently become addicted to decorating my planner. Doodlebug goodies have always been some of my favorites to use! Today, I'm sharing how I set up my personal planner using the adorable Cream and Sugar collection. This one speaks to my heart because I am a coffee addict. My local Dunkin Donuts workers know me by name and always have my favorite drink ready to go!

I love to start off decorating my pockets and dashboard. I used a mix of washi, die cuts and paper for for the dashboard. I added the Matte Sprinkles and adhered the 'sweet' die cut with foam adhesive. This part of my planner is always filled with lots of layers, so it keeps things chunky. But, I love it that way. I only keep three months of weekly spreads in my planner, so I can afford the bulk up front.

I added some cute die cuts and stickers to my pocket then tucked in some note cards and extra paper clips that I might need later on. This pocket just makes me happy!

Next, I have a weekly spread to share with you. As I mentioned earlier, I am addicted to coffee, so when I opened up my box and saw the adorable coffee Odds and Ends, washi tape and Doodle Pops, I was giddy! I used the washi along the top and created a washi effect along the bottom using one of the strips from the 12 by 12 paper. I added some sticker borders and a few more die cuts and Icon Stickers to decorate and serve as labels to write on.

One of the things I like to do each week is to create a to do list from a journaling card. I trimmed the  4 by 4 card down a bit so that it would fit. On the back, I added another piece of paper and some stickers. This is a place where I can write my general things to do list.

Finally, I made some matching paper clips. I love finding items to create them with and the Doodle Pops were perfect. I adhered them to a paper clip with hot glue and added a die cut circle to the backs.

I ended up making more clips because the donuts were just perfect to do so. I have them tucked into the front of the planner and can use them as needed.

Thanks for letting me share my planner with you today. I can't wait to use Cream and Sugar for more of my planner spreads!
