At The Zoo Collection: Zoo Party

Hello Doodlebug friends!  It's Wendy Sue here today, sharing my "At the Zoo" project with you!  As you've already seen so many amazing projects, I'm sure you've seen the super cute little zoo animals and likely fallen in love with them already!  I couldn't decide which animals to use...so I opted to use as many as possible - and I invited them all to the party!  Here's a look at my little party ensemble:

Let's take a closer look.  Here's the birthday card.  I used the brown paper and the awesome plaid paper from the 6x6 pad, along with a few of the "Odds & Ends" up in the corner.  Did you know Doodlebug has plain white doodle twine?  As much fun as the colors are, sometimes white is the perfect choice!

Of course, I had to use some sprinkles too!  And isn't that doodle tape the perfect addition to the middle?

How about that little gift (or treat) box?  I used my Silhouette to cut the small box from the multi-color polka dot paper, then embellished it with doodle tape, doodle twine, odds & ends, and stickers!

Can you see the details of the doodle tape below?  I wrapped it around the middle of the box - it's all of the cute animal faces - like a parade!

And, the grand finale....the doodle pops I used as the "cupcake" toppers!  (Only I used snowballs instead of cupcakes because I couldn't resist the green ones!)

I simply stuck the doodle pops onto sucker sticks and poked them right in the top of each treat!

And that's how I used so many of the CUTE products in this collection!  The good news is, there are still TONS of cute animals and patterns to use on future projects - which makes me so happy!  Now I'm off to plan a trip to the zoo so I can use these babies in my scrapbook too!
