OVER THE RAINBOW LEPRECHAUN MINI ALBUM | with Conny

Hi crafty Friends! it’s Conny here sharing a mini album using the Over the Rainbow collection! I hope you get as excited as my four-year-old for this one, she called it the Leprechaun album!

I started by cutting three chipboard pieces measuring 3 1/2” by 5” front cover, spine 3 1/2” by 2”, and back cover 3 1/2 by 7.  I then pulled out my Rainbow Textured Cardstock and wrapped the  pieces with the Limeade cardstock.

The cover page came together with the Happy Go Lucky Doodle Pop, Odds & Ends, Chit Chats and bits and pieces! On the spine, I placed a cardstock sticker.

Next, I created the inside pages. I cut a 3 1/4” by 12” piece of cardstock for the first page and scored it at 3 3/8” and 51/4”.

For the second page I cut cardstock 3 1/4” by 12”  and scored at 4 1/2” and 5 3/4”.

For my third page I cut cardstock 3 1/4” by 12 and scored at 5” and 5 3/4 “.

I then layered the pages... page one on the bottom, page 2 next then page 3 on top.

Inside the album, I used a few cards from over the rainbow cards and envelopes and embellished them with Odds & Ends, Icon Stickers, Chit Chats & Bits & Pieces!

Thank you so much for stopping by we can’t wait to see what you create using Over the Rainbow Collection!

OVER THE RAINBOW ENVELOPE ALBUM | With Traci

Hello friends! Traci here and today, I have a new mini album to share with you titled "Rainbow Kind of Day". It's made with colorful envelopes and cards from different Doodlebug collections and lots of Over The Rainbow goodies! What a fun project for spring. Take a look ...

I started by choosing 5 envelopes in bright colors, using the green one first. I covered the front of each envelope with white cardstock and added different 12x12 prints, embellishments, and photo mats.

Next, I added the Flower Garden paper to the lower half of this envelope and lots of cute die cut pieces and sprinkles. The sun, rainbow, and cloud are from the Odds & Ends, the title piece is from Chit Chat, and the little red heart is from the puffy shapes.

I love this cute cloud raining colorful hearts! I used foam tape on the back side to lift it off the page a bit. Then, I added the enamel heart shaped sprinkles on top and a few tiny dots here and there.

Inside, I lined each pocket with a colorful 12x12 print. In the photo above, I used the rainbow stripe called Shine Bright. I added the mushroom and fence pieces from the Odds & Ends, the "Love You" from the Chit Chat, and a few flower and ladybug enamel shape sprinkles.

I tucked a title card, a journaling card, and one A2 sized card into each of the envelope's pockets. I added cute patterned papers to the A2 cards and they're perfect for holding 4 photos.

I gave this page one large mat for an awesome spring photo. How cute is that hot air balloon and the wee little gnome?!

I love the simple polka dot paper I lined this envelope with. The tiny dots are a quieter pattern next to the larger prints but it still adds color and whimsy!

I hope this project inspires you to use envelopes and cards in a different way. And ... have fun playing with the amazing Over the Rainbow Collection! It's perfect for spring and will make you so happy!

OVER THE RAINBOW CAMERA MINI ALBUM | with Erica

Want a super cute way to document your memories? How about the cutest camera shaped mini album filled with color from the Over the Rainbow Collection!

This adorable camera cut out design is from Cut to You and I have turned it into the cutest and chunkiest mini album! Each page is filled with color and ready to be filled with the most colorful memories!

The Over the Rainbow 12x12 pattern paper is one of my favorites so you know it is used more than once in this album! I created fun pockets out of some of the pages to hold some adorable tags and photo mats!

I am a big fan of the 12x12 This & That sticker sheets so you know we had to add some of the fun phrase stickers to the tops of the pages!

Each page is an explosion of color and I am so happy with how this album turned out!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Doodlebug Blog today! I hope you enjoyed my mini album and that you get some time to create with the Over the Rainbow collection!
