LUCKY ME MINI TAG ALBUM | With Traci

Hello everyone! Traci here and today, I'm sharing an acrylic tag shaped mini album I made with the adorable Lucky Me Collection. It's filled with pretty colors, flowers, and the cutest ladybugs. This fun and simple project is great for spring photos, and ... makes a sweet gift idea for an Easter basket, a birthday, or Mother's Day!  

To make it, I used my clear Acrylic Tag Shaped Album. It's 2x4 inches and comes with 1 binding ring and 6 tags. I specifically designed this album to fit Doodlebug's cut apart tags found on their 12x12 sheets. For today's project, the tags are from the St. Patty's Plaid paper.

I had to take a close-up so you could appreciate this little cover. I used the green Clover Patch tag as the base and cut two small mats. Then, I adhered the gorgeous Love You Doodle-pops sticker on top and added 3 little red heart shaped sprinkles. Look how pretty she is! So many cute layers and enamel accents.

Since there were only 6 tags in this mini collection, I traced their shape onto 12x12 and 6x6 pattern papers and simply cut more out. Above, I used the My Lucky Charm polka dot print as the base, added a photo mat, then embellished with the flower icon sticker and This & That word sticker.

For this next page, I cut out the tag out of the reverse side of the My Lucky Charm print. Then, I created a 1.5" x 2" flippie with the adorable "hello sunshine" card. The cut apart cards in the 6x8 paper pad were the perfect size for this little tag album and now this page has space for 2 pictures!

How fun are these colorful pages? For the tag on the left, I mixed fun patterns, then decorated with a rainbow mini icon sticker. On the right, I chose the striped tag from the 12x12 St. Paddy's Plaid print. Then, I added the smaller journaling card from the 6x8 paper pad and a cute green 🏠 from the mini icons stickers. 

Above, I created another flippie with a sweet lil' mushroom scene. And just below it, I added 2 enamel flowers from the Rainbow Bright sprinkles and the "blessed" This & That sticker. The page on the right is a tag from the 12x12 St. Paddy's Plaid print, and ... it's perfect just as it is.

Here, I cut out a tag from the colorful polka dot print called Clover Patch, then added a photo mat and the cute mushrooms icons sticker.  The next page was another fabulous tag from the 12x12 St. Paddy's Plaid print and it definitely makes me happy!

SUMMER FUN - SUMMER FUN MINI FOLIO | with Jen

I absolutely the adore the 6x8 paper pads from Doodlebug. You get 24 papers for a reasonable price and they are adorable. They are perfect for cards and smaller non-card projects and that's what I have for you!

Today I have a simple folio using one 6x8 Summer Fun paper pad. I had quite a bit left over and will probably use if for more photo mats. This goes together super quick and of course there is a tutorial!

One the cover I took some of the large stickers from the This and That sticker sheet, matted them on white cardstock and fussy cut them. I took one of the sentiment stickers from the same sheet and added it as a sentiment. I finished it, with a border sticker and the Diggin' Summer sandcastle Doodle-pop. 

Inside I used the title page from the 6x8 pad and added some of the Tropical Trio Doodle-pops to decorate it. On the opposite side I added a 4x6 photo mat and used some Icon Stickers and Puffy Words to add a title to the page. I finished it with the little toucan from the Tropical Trio Doodle-pop set.

On the left side, under the top flap I added a pocket that I matted with one of the 4x6 cut-aparts from the Summer Fun 6x8 paper pad. I also used the border sheet and the journaling cut-aparts. I added the last animal from the Tropical Trio Doodle Pop set and a couple of the flowers from the Puffy Words stickers. 

On another left side flap I added another 4x6 photo mat with a title from the Puffy Words stickers and decorated with Icon Stickers. 

On the right side of the folio I added belly bands and pockets.  I decorated these pages with Puffy Words, Sam and Sally Seahorse Doodle-pops, and Icon stickers. It was so fun to use the Puffy Words in a different way!

SUMMER FUN FLIP FLOP MINI ALBUM | With Traci

Hello Doodlebug friends! Traci here and today, I'm sharing a colorful new mini album that's shaped like cute little flip flops. I created it with the Summer Fun Collection and one of its SVG files. It's perfect for photos of a summer vacation, backyard fun, a swimming pool, the beach, summer camp, boating, and any warm weather activity!

To create the shape, I used the Summer Fun, Flip Flops cutting file (link below). I welded the flip flops together in my Silhouette software and sized the shape to approx. 5.75" x 5.75". I cut the mini album covers out of white acrylic, but you could also use card stock or chipboard instead. 

On the front, I added two flip flop pieces cut from the 6x8 rainbow stripe Beach Towel print. Then I added some flowers from the icon stickers, enamel stickers from the Island Tropics Shape Sprinkles, and the Aloha die cut from the Chit Chat.

Inside, I added 6 white card stock pages and covered them in fun papers from the 6x8 paper pad. Above I used the sunny Summer Fun print in the background, then added the cute 4x3 card from the 12x12 Flamazing Flock paper and the arrow from the This & That stickers. 

Here, I covered the base in the Let's Luau paper. I love all those colorful flowers! I made the photo mat with a 3" scallop circle punch and 2.5" circle punch and embellished with flower die cuts from the Bit & Pieces.

On this layout, I used the 6x8 floral print called Pink Paradise and added a pretty journaling card from the 12x12 Summer School paper. The cute flamingo is a die cut from the Odds & Ends and the words are from the This & That sticker sheet.

Isn't this page cute? The plaid background is called Beach Picnic and I created a little beach scene next to the photo mat using the palm tree, crab, and sun icon stickers. Then, I finished it off with the word bubble die cut from the Chit Chat.

I added the Petite Prints Dot & Stripe in Citrus to this page. These prints are a staple in my scrapbook room and I use them in almost all my projects. And since Doodlebug uses a consistent color palette ... they coordinate perfectly with every collection!

And speaking of coordinating ... how adorable are these little fish mini icon stickers with the matching 6x8 Summer School paper used for the photo mat? Ha! Can you tell I'm having fun with this collection?
