HELLO AGAIN MY HAPPY PLACE LAYOUT | with Tarrah

The Hello Again collection has gorgeous elements in it to create cute house-inspired projects! To begin my layout, I downloaded a free house cut file from the internet and cut it out of white cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo machine.

Once the cut file was cut out, I took papers from the 6' x 6' paper pad and backed the different sections of the house to enhance and brighten it up. Once it was all backed, I added craft foam underneath and adhered it to another sheet of white cardstock. I trimmed this piece of cardstock down to measure 11' x 11' inches and adhered it to the Patchwork Plaid paper.

I love how the cut file creates shadows and dimension on my layout and the option to tuck in lots of florals from the die-cut pack. I placed my photo in the centre of the house and adhered a title (My Happy Place) overlapping the roof and my photo.

In the photo above you can see I added to the flowers, I placed  Sprinkles on the flowers to add some extra detail to them. I love how these turned out. I love how everything co-ordinates perfectly too!

In the top left corner, I tucked in a sun and a cloud die-cut and at the base of the house I added the banner that says 'Welcome' I love how this looks here as it reminds me of a 'Welcome' door mat! A few small gold hearts, other Sprinkles and some stickers were added to add some extra little details. I love how my layout turned out and hope you enjoyed reading about how I created it

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Happy creating!
