Washi Tape Challenge: Card Set by Kathy Skou

Hi Everyone!  It's Kathy today with some fun cards I made featuring Doodlebug's Washi Tapes.  I must admit, I have a bit of a hoarding problem when it comes to Washi...I can't resist it!  It's the perfect addition to any project!  Take a peek...

For my first card, I used some Swiss Dot Washi Tapes to create a banner rainbow.  I first put the tape on some Lily White Cardstock, then cut the banner pieces to make the colors pop a bit more.

My next card was really simple to put together.  I folded some Washi over a piece of Doodlebug Twine, and trimmed to make banner pieces.

Finally, I used some leftover flowers from my recent Inspired by layout to create a little bouquet for my card.  I made the flowers by first covering some Lily White Cardstock with the different Washi Tapes, and then running them through my Big Shot with some thin metal flower dies.
Some bright and cheery cards to warm me up for these very snowy winter days!  Make sure to stop by the Doodlebug Blog over the next couple of weeks for more Washi Tape inspiration!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by!
