OMBRE with Doodlebug's Melinda & Monique

Hello, it's Melinda and Monique with you today and we're going to take a look at a trend that's making its way around the paper crafting industry at the moment... ombre! And for those of you who are unfamiliar with the term:

Ombre: n. A French term meaning "shaded".
Usually a multi colored stripe, with colors
graduating from light to dark.

Doodlebug's rainbow of signature colors is perfect for creating projects that reflect this new trend and really take the guess work out of your design. However, we were up for a challenge and decided to set ourselves the task of creating an ombre project using a monochromatic theme.
