Summer moments are magical and unforgettable, so
I decided to create this shadow box with a beautiful
photograph of an afternoon by the pool, giving it
color and life with Doodlebug's beautiful Summer
Fun collection.
For this composition, I cut several pieces of paper
from the collection and made small rolls to
incorporate them once I had prepared my base with
cardstock and the wave acetate.

I previously painted a wooden frame with blue
acrylic paint to give it that summer color.
Then I added my photo and started putting together
my composition with Doodle-pops, shape sprinkles,
and chit chat. I loved the result because it gave me a
3D effect, making it look more real.
