BUNNY HOP BUNNY BASKET SHAKERS | with Guest Designer Lisa Fonseca

Happy Easter! Today I'm sharing one of two projects as a guest designer with the Bunny Hop Collection. I'm super proud and honored that I was able to be on the Doodlebug Design Team for three years and I thank everyone of you, who always came back to read my posts... :) For this project, I decided to create little shaker baskets to gift to my friends at my Easter brunch.

For these little cuties, I used the Bunny Basket Doodle Cuts along with the new Shakers. With the shakers you have a ton of possibilities to create shaker pockets but also to use otherwise. They come in all the Doodlebug colors and they are really cool... as long as you don't let them fall on the ground... ;)
To start I cut all the pieces out of different Petite Prints patterned papers, using the die set and my Big Shot. I used different patterns and different colors until I had enough pieces to make colorful baskets.
I adhered all the pieces, changing up the order of the little icons for each one and also adding some details like the eyes, borders and highlights.

For the shaker part, I used the Easter Dot Acetate from the collection and thin strips of foam tape. It's really super easy to create these shakers, when you already have all the shapes ready to go. I really enjoyed creating them and hope my friends will find them as cute as I do.

Thank you so much for stopping by and stay tuned for my last Doodlebug project... for now... ;)
