SWEET & SPOOKY HAUNTED HOUSE MINI ALBUM | with Conny

Hello Everyone! It’s Conny here today sharing another mini album using the Sweet & Spooky collection and the new Home Sweet Home Chipboard Album! Eek! For all of you who want to create a cute chunky mini album for the first time, NOW you can! This is the best way to start! It’s versatile so it can be used for multiple themes and occasions! You can let your imagination go crazy with this little house, be as creative as you want to be!

Let’s get started!  I started by cutting papers measuring 7” X 5” from the Sweet &Spooky and also from the Coordinating Textured Assortment Pack!

I glued the pieces of the album to cover the white chipboard! That’s a great way to customize the album, but you can for sure leave it white and add your photos and embellishments to it if you want!

The cover of the mini-album has all those windows, I used that gorgeous spiderweb paper from the B-side of the Sweet & Spooky paper to cover it.  A tip ... to cut the windows I recommend marking an X from corner to corner and folding the paper inwards, adding double-sided tape to the back! I used embellishment from the puffy icons, mini icons stickers, mini jewels, This & That sticker sheet, and shaped sprinkles to decorate the cover page! For the rooftop, I used the How Sweet it Is paper from the 6” X 6” paper pad and a scalloped striped sticker from the This & That Stickers.

For the inside of the album, this is what I did...

First Interactive page:

I added a couple of interactive pages, this one here you will need a paper that measures 11” X 5 3/4” score on the longest side at 2 1/4” and 7”.

Second Interactive Page

You will need a paper measuring 11” X 5 3/4” scored at 2 1/4” X 7”.

Third Interactive Page

Paper 11 7/8” X 4 1/2” score at 5 7/8” on the longest side, this one flips up!

Fourth Interactive Page

8 1/2” X 5 3/4” score on the longest side at 4 3/4”

And the fifth interactive pages measures 8 1/2” X  6”  scored on the longest side at 4 41/4”.

For the pages that have single pages, I matted a 5 1/2” X 4 1/2” white card-stock piece, and everything was embellished using the chit-chat embellishments, This & That Stickers, Odds & Ends and sprinkles!

For the back cover page, I created a shaker with sprinkles, and sequins and used my sewing  machine to stitch it closed!

We can’t wait to see how you use the collection, let us know if you plan on creating a house for any Halloween or any occasion!
