PRETTY KITTY DOODLE TWINE SPOOLS | with Niella

Hello crafty crew! It's my turn again to showcase something new! I've created something off the page... cute Pretty Kitty Doodle Twine spools for your stash and better yet you can adhere a magnet on the back and place on your fridge or magnetic noticeboard. Or do without the magnet and make a bunch to keep or gift! There are so many options, can't wait to see what you think of :-) I just know you'll create something totally PAW-some!

To begin, I've used a spool die but remember we are Creatives so we can copy a template online or use what ever die you have in mind! And it doesn't have to be a spool either, use what ever basic shape you like - how about a rectangle and cut indents in the side and you'll have a spool! Mount paper onto some chipboard or do what I have which is layer up several sheets by gluing onto each other to gain thickness.

Using doodle twine, I unraveled several yards off the tube and then wrapped around my spool. Use as much or as little as you like. My spools measure 2.5" at widest part and are 4.5" at height. Meow-vellous!

Now the extra fun bit, the bit I adore the most! Decorating with cute Pretty Kitty Odds & Ends ephemera, fun Chit Chat pieces and the adorable Icon cardstock stickers! So many cute images to choose from. Each image is PURR-fectly a-PAW-able!

Experiment with different patterned papers from the Pretty Kitty collection and match it up with doodle twine. The colours I've used are bon bon, tangerine, bumble bee and limeade. What colour combo will you use?

I've used low-tack pop dots to adhere each cluster, but you can use foam squares and dots to permanently adhere to the areas if you don't plan on using the doodle twine and want to use as magnets or the like :-)

Just an end thought; wouldn't these look extra sweet with the Just Charming Pretty Kitty dangle! or string on some beads & charms for extra fun! Thank you for popping by today; it really was nice of you to pop around! keep crafting and until next time; doodle-doo!
