Hello Doodlebug Friends! Wanda here today with my first project made with the SUPER duper cute new collection called Monster Madness! Everything perfect for Halloween festivities, scrapbooks, treats and cards! I love these monsters already - they are so colorful and cheerful. It's October, so my crafting usually turns towards making fun treats to share with friends and co-workers. I used the new collection to make Halloween candy bags and boxes. It makes me happy to see someone light up when they receive an unexpected treat.
Here are all the treats I made! Looks like a party! The fact that the papers are all double sided really makes your projects look finished and professional. I made several items and used the papers, stickers, doodle pops, and lots of other goodies.
I assembled my treat boxes using the Monster Madness 12x12 patterned papers. Then I had lots of fun adding twine and tags, sentiments, spiders, and all the little embellishments that make Doodlebug so special.
How absolutely adorable is that little smiling candy corn? Oh my goodness! I tied some chunky twine to close the top of my treat boxes. Everything matches to perfection.
Are you a candy monster? I am! These monsters would also be great for a birthday party theme or just to make someone smile!
