MY HAPPY PLACE FRIENDS MINI ALBUM | with Traci

"It's the friends we meet along the way, that help us appreciate the journey."  I'm not sure who said it, but I love this quote, and it inspired me for today's project.  

For my album I used a 4"x5" pocket & tag album from my stash, pretty 6x6 and 12x12 papers from the My Happy Place collection, and lots of bit & pieces.  The tags, flowers, and tabs in the package were perfect for embellishing this album style. 

For the cover, I printed the quote out on white card stock, and layered a scallop punch and the cute green gingham circle from the bits & pieces.  My favorite thing about the cover is the adorable yellow car!  This Doodle-Pop is called puddle jumper and I think it works perfectly with the title. So cute!

Inside there are 12 pockets … perfect for tucking in colorful tags (above) and 3x4 element cards (below).

I wanted lots of cuteness popping out from the top of the album, so the flowers, leaves, and ribbon made this chunky little mini even more fun!

I even sprinkled a few enamel hearts from the All My Love assortment throughout the album for a little shine.
