Hey Friends! I am so excited for warmer weather and counting down the days until July 4th! The kids and I love to hit up the Dollar Stores and pick up some fun glasses and accessories we can wear on the 4th!
Little Liam picked up some sweet star sunglasses that he has been wearing everyday since we got them! I might have to pick up a back-up pair in case these get lost! In addition to our fun and funky accessories I like to get the kids some t-shirts with red white and blue! I know I can not be the only one who does this! I mean we do need to scrapbook these memories right? We might as well have matching outfits to match our collections!

I had this great star cut file in my stash and knew it would be perfect to back with papers from the Land That I Love collection. I also used some of my photo of Liam to back some of the stars! For the largest star I adhered my 4x6 photo behind it but leaving the true shape of the photo. Once this was adhered I then back the rest of the large star with some 12x12 pattern paper from the same collection!
I just love the way that it turned out! I embellished around the layout with some Land That I Love ephemera, stickers and sprinkles! I added a border sticker to the top and bottom of the page to help frame the layout.
I could not create a Doodlebug Layout without a Doodle-pop so I used this super cute firecracker and popped him up on the layout!! His little face just makes me smile!
