I started with a white piece of cardstock as my base and added a 2 inch strip of the Fresh Lemonade 12x12 paper to the left side of the page. For the right side of my page I trimmed a 1 inch strip of the same pattern paper. I pulled out the chit chat pieces and odds & ends from the Bar-B-Cute; collection and pulled out the pieces I wanted to use.
I love the Summer title piece with this super cute sun and it was perfect for my page. I trimmed down some pattern papers from the 6x6 Bar-B-Cute paper pad to add behind my photo. I distressed the edges of the papers to add some texture to the page. I adhered the layers down to my background and started to tuck in different ephemera pieces.
Even though there is no lemonade in my photo I think the ephemera pieces I picked out still work well with my photo. The yellow and aqua on this page are so summery and bright I love how it all came together.
To finish off my page I added in some Doodlebug sprinkles and a few super cute die cut ants! Here is a look at my completed layout using the Bar-B-Cute; collection.
