LOVE NOTES "LOVE YOU "LAYOUT | with Tya

Happy Valentines Day everyone! What better way to focus on a day all about Love - than to showcase a layout with the title "Love You"!

I had stumbled across this awesome cut file site called "Cut to You" on Instagram and saw this adorable Rainbow Heart cut file and knew I needed to use it to showcase the adorable "Love Notes" collection. I mean Rainbows and Doodlebug just go hand in hand!  The cut file I used is called "Rainbow Love" and it can be found here. I used my Silhouette to cut the SVG file out of some white cardstock.

I then used the Lovers Lane (Pink floral), Rose Garden (Red heart), Love You Bunches (Yellow dot), and Rose Trellis (Aqua clouds) papers to back the cut file. I used the Lily White Dot/Stripe Petite Print paper as my background. I love that the paper has tiny gray dots on it that softens the stark white paper a little bit. Perfect for placing the white cardstock cut file on. I added foam tape behind the cut file and added it to the base.

Oh this picture,it makes me smile. I took these a  few years back of my girls. They were 7 and 12 at the time and to this day - ten years later, they still are the best of friends. I love that a photo can evoke so many memories. These two cute girls really do love each other so I had to document it on this layout. I added the friends and forever stickers from the This and That sticker sheet to the top left of the photo.  I also added a flower cluster from the Odds and Ends in the bottom left corner. I decorated the flowers with the "Roses" Shape Sprinkles.

The  "Love You"  title is from the Chit Chat die cuts. I added a pink heart from the Heart Shape Sprinkles for some shine. I love how it turned out. Along the bottom edge of the layout, I added a strip of the Lovers Lane paper. I love how it ties in the rainbow theme.

In the top right corner, I added a few die cut clouds from the Odds and Ends and a few tiny dots from the "Roses" Shape Sprinkles. How cute is that little, yellow birdie? He is from the "Tweethearts" Doodlepop.

I had so much fun making  this layout and hope that I have inspired you to create a layout using the sweet "Love Notes" collection to celebrate those priceless relationships in our lives.  Have a wonderful day and Happy Crafting!
