Bunnyville Collection: Easter Treat Train by Jennifer Beason

Hi, Doodlebug fans! Jennifer here and it's my turn to share a project featuring the new Bunnyville collection. I found this little train set, in the kids craft section at Joanne's and decided to turn it into an Easter, treat holder.
Each of the larger cars had a roof, so I carefully removed them. Then I covered over the windows with chipboard before I started covering them with patterned paper.
The majority of this project used patterned papers from the 6x6 paper pad. The smaller prints worked perfectly for the scale of this project.
One of my favorite things on this train are the wheels. I used washi tape from the collection to cover the larger wheels. Then used Boutique Buttons and Matte Sprinkles in the center.
I loved the new leaf shaped sprinkles and used them to embellish the sides of the cars, along with round sprinkles and stickers.
A banner, which is removable, was made from stickers and pixie sticks for the smaller car. To tie the look of all the cars together,  I used striped border stickers on each one. Here are a few more closeups.
Thanks for joining me today. Jennifer :)

  13. WOW! You are SO unbelievably creative. I am obsessed with your work. I have a question about the train, was the train all connected or did you piece different parts together?

    Thanks
