Sunkissed Collection: Sweet Gift Set by Jennifer

Hello Doodlebug fans!  Jennifer here to share my SunKissed project. This gift package idea is the perfect way to give some treats, or a gift card to someone special.

The watermelon was cut out on my Silhouette, Then it was embellished with stickers and die cuts from the Sunkissed collection.

For the inside of the watermelon, a small pocket was made to hold the gift card, along with a vellum pinwheel. An ice cream die-cut was reinforced with cardboard, then a little crab was cut on the Silhouette and attached.  The cone was then attached to a wood dowel, as shown. To hold everything in place in the box I added some Easter grass, but you could also use some shredded paper, wrapped chocolate or candy in your watermelon. Here are a few more pictures of the finished project.
