PUFFY STICKER PILLOW BOXES | with Karen

When I was growing up, everyone had a sticker collection. And while smelly stickers were high on the value list, puffy stickers were gold. So when Doodlebug launched puffy icon stickers, I may have squealed a bit. Okay, a lot. They literally take me back to my childhood and I love that I have reason to collect...ummm...I mean "use" them as an adult.

For this project, I decided to focus on the Over the Rainbow puffy icons to enhance some pillow boxes that I was creating for some colleagues. One of the things that I love about the puffy icons is the size. They are tiny, but so detailed that they really take projects to the next level.

On these projects, I used the tiny hearts to embellish the petite prints paper that I used as the base. By using the same colour, I love that they add a bit of texture to the paper without taking away from the main feature of the project.

I also decided to feature them by adding them to the tags. These little mushrooms are about as cute as they get. And because of the great size, you can use one, two or a hundred to draw some attention to the sentiment. I just want to put them on everything!

I know that Doodlebug products are really all cute! But there is something that about a product that pops off the page that really is something special. As always, Doodlebug nailed it!
