Happy Camper: Paper Bag Mini Album by Sharm

How many of you happy campers love to collect little keepsake from your vacations? whether it is twigs, leaves, little notes etc, we all like to keep hold of a little something from our trips. One thrifty way to store these are by transforming the boring lunch bags into mini memorabilia books!

The pockets make it wonderful to store things and just by adding a little bit of patterned papers and tags on the page, the boring kraft color is immediately transformed into something cute! Here's my project using the Happy Camper Collection.

  1. SUPER CUTE mini Sharm :)
BRILLIANT idea too!!! One of my nephews had a lot of camping trips as a Cub Scout and I'm sure this would come in handy, his two little sisters love collecting "treasures" too!!!
I have to confess that I have never made an album like this before, it looks fabulous with your pretty cover and would love to learn more about how you secured the "pocket pages" in place, please.

    1. Hi Tracy! Thank you so much for your lovely words..i can totally relate to treasure collecting lol..! as for securing the pocket pages of the album in place, all you need to do is fold about an inch at the bottom of the lunch bag and use a tape runner to place one bag on top of the other. It creates the spine of the album ;)

  7. This is a really neat idea and the decoration is darling. Someday I would like to take my grownup kids and grandchildren and see the USA with them. This would be so cool for the grandchildren. I'll bet they would love filling up their bags.
