Tuesday Tutorial: Upcycled Gift Tag by Aphra Bolyer

Hi, Aphra here today to share a great way to upcycle your Doodlebug brad packages as gift bag tags.  Perfect for all your upcoming gift-giving occasions – Mother’s Day, Graduation, Father’s Day, Baby Shower, Birthday – just to name a few.

Once you’ve emptied out your package, you’ll need some patterned paper, a few stickers, a 1.75” x 1.75” photo, clear liquid adhesive, and ribbon.

Round the corners of your photo and place it in your package.  Add a small bead of glue around the edge of the photo to secure it in place.

Trace the package insert to cut a piece of patterned paper to add to the back of your packaging.

Add alphabet stickers to your patterned paper and then shape stickers on the outside of the packaging.  Add ribbon to the hole in the top of the packaging and then attach to your gift.

Hope you enjoyed today’s tutorial!  And happy gift-giving!
