Tuesday Tutorial: Cute Cuts

Summer is in full swing!  What are some of your favorite activities during the summer season to do, to photograph and to scrap?  For me, the constant every summer is strawberry picking at various local farms.  I take and print endless number of photos.  I am not exaggerating by saying that I have enough such photos printed to last a lifetime from just one season!

One of my favorite product by Doodlebug is the cute cuts that come with every collection. I typically use them for journaling spots on layouts and the focal point of a card's sentiment. I thought that I would try punching out a bunch of the die-cuts and make a layout using mostly just with them.  I took a few pictures along the way so you can see how I layered them.

After most of the big elements have been adhered onto the layout, then I embellished with stickers and journaling. Notice I fit in a strawberry sticker in the journaling as well.  Thank you so much for checking out this post, now let's take more summer photos!

Supplies:
sweet cakes: cherry cherries
cake &icecream doodlecut
doodle-pops: berry sweet
icons: sweet cakes
colorwheel: cute cuts
Jack&jill alphabet rubon: limeade
