BUNNY HOP - EASTER MINI ALBUM | with Inessa

Today I’m so excited to share a sweet and colorful Easter mini album I created using the adorable Bunny Hop collection. I honestly couldn’t resist this one—the mix of soft rainbows, fresh spring florals, and the cutest little bunnies and chicks completely stole my heart. It just feels like sunshine, new beginnings, and all the happy vibes of the season.

For this project, I decided to create a 3.5" x 8" mini album, which is such a fun and unique size. It’s perfect for layering all those gorgeous patterned papers while still leaving plenty of room for photos, pockets and little details that make your memories come to life.

For the cover, I started with the rainbow striped side of the Bunny Hop paper trimmed it to 8.25 inches. To make it sturdier, I backed it with Hippity Hoppity paper, cut to the same size, and machine stitched them together using light blue thread. I then scored the piece at 3.5 inches from each side to create a 1.25 inch spine.

For the inside pages, I used a mix of the remaining papers to create a 3" x 8" booklet with six sheets stitched together. I did vary the page sizes slightly for added interest, which I’ll call out below.

One of my favorite elements is the pull-out accordion page made with the Spring Sprouts paper. I trimmed it to 8" x 12" and scored along the long side at 3", 6", and 9". After folding, it creates a fun accordion, with the final 3" section serving as the back side of the booklet when stitched in.

I embellished throughout using a mix of die cuts, Doodle-Pops, and stickers. I added 2.5" x 2.5" photo placeholders, and I love how everything comes together into one cohesive design.

Another favorite element I always include is a pocket page—you’ll find these in almost all of my albums! For this one, I trimmed Everything Easter paper to 8" x 8" and scored it at 2" to form the pocket. I machine stitched along the top and bottom, leaving the left side open for tags and photos. I finished it off with a few circle embellishments and the hello spring Shape Sprinkles.
