Hi Doodlebug fans! I'm here today with a share of how I'm using Doodlebug products in my planner to document our weeks. Over the past year, I've fallen in love with using planners to document memories. This year, I'm using three different types of planners in three different ways. Today I'm sharing a hybrid planner/scrapbook I've created using downloadable planner inserts and a Filofax binder.
My philosophy of memory keeping is "do what makes you happy" and this style of documenting makes me so happy. I love how it looks all put together.
The left side of my project is a typical planner page. It has the month and the top and I've written some daily activities under each day.
I finished this page out with some letter stickers spelling the name of my daughter (who takes up most of my planner entries this week) and some fun stickers.
The facing side is what I think of as a more "traditional" scrapbook page. I added photos of my daughter in addition to washi and stickers.
I have so much fun sitting down at the end of the week, choosing photos from that week and putting it all together in my planner. For this project, I used the Sweet Things collection. Hope you've enjoyed a peek into my planning process.
