MONSTER MADNESS SPOOKY LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey friends! Brianna here today and if y’all know me, you know I LOVE Halloween! We get to work with the Monster Madness collection again and this one is one of my favorites! It has some of the cutest icons. Here’s my page:

To start, I went through the coordinating Solid Assortment cardstock and chose the purple one for my base. I wanted to have the white cardstock as the main foundation, but I also wanted a bit of pattern behind it. So I went ahead and matted the white cardstock with the 12x12 Halloween Night paper. It added that nice pop of black but also added in the colorful stars as well! I then chose three different papers from the 6x6 Paper Pad and layered them right on top of the white cardstock.

Using the same 6x6 Paper Pad, I matted my photo with one of the black polka dot papers and then centered and adhered it right on top of my paper layers. I pulled out the Bits & Pieces pack and grabbed a few of the circular element die cuts. These make the best bases for embellishment clusters! I grouped a few together and adhered them around my photo. I also pulled in a few pumpkin die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack. The pumpkin bucket with the candy was the perfect addition because in my photo, my son was about to go off with is friends to trick or treat!

Next, I chose a phrase from the Chit Chat pack and added some foam dots behind it. I placed it right under my photo and I just love how fun the font is!! It really helps make this page even more playful.

I went through the Doodle-Pops in the collection and ended up choosing the adorable Boo To You ghost. I was also in need of that light blue in that corner, so it fit in just perfectly. The Puffy Icons stickers in this collection are probably one of my favorites because it has so many fun small icons! The little candies alone are so dang cute! I sprinkled a few around my page to help pull some of my embellishment clusters together. I love how they look!

For some finishing touches, I added in some stars from the Midnight Magic Shape Sprinkles pack and a couple phrase pieces from the Chit Chat pack. Here's one last look at this 'spooky' page!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! I'll see you in my next post friends! xo,

FARMHOUSE SWEET AUTUMN LAYOUT | with Tarrah

There’s something undeniably heartwarming about Autumn—the crisp air, crunchy leaves, and cozy moments on the farm. Today, I’m sharing a special scrapbook layout that captures the essence of fall using the beautiful Farmhouse collection. If you’re a fan of bright colors, charming patterns, and all things Autumn, this layout is sure to inspire your next crafty session!

This layout was inspired by a sweet photo of my son playing in a big pile of leaves—one of the most joyful parts of the season! The title, Sweet Autumn, were two separate titles chosen from the Chit Chat pack and they perfectly capture the nostalgic, playful vibe of the moment.

The main photo is beautifully framed with layers of the various patterned papers from the Farmhouse collection and embellishments from the Odds & Ends, Bits & Pieces and Chit Chat packs. I love how the mix of floral, gingham, and leaf patterns brings a cozy, rustic vibe to the layout without feeling too busy.

The Farmhouse collection is truly a fall lover’s dream. From the adorable barn die cuts to the colorful trees and sweet little critters, every element adds warmth and whimsy. In this layout, I used several stickers including puffy stickers and stickers from the This and That sticker sheet and die cuts from the Odds and Ends and Chit Chat packs to create a little fall farm scene around the photo. The barn Doodle-pop, Autumn trees, and leaf embellishments bring the setting to life in such a playful way.

My Sweet Autumn layout brings together everything I love about scrapbooking: storytelling, color, texture, and creativity. The Farmhouse collection made it so easy and fun to put together a page that truly feels like fall.

Whether you’re scrapbooking pumpkin patch trips, farm visits, or just quiet moments in the leaves, the Farmhouse collection has everything you need to document the beauty of Autumn. Thanks for stopping by, and happy scrapping!

FARMHOUSE LAYERED GIFT TAGS | with Niella

Hi crafty friends, I'm so happy to see you pop into today! How time flies when you're having crafty fun! Thanks for popping by to visit us on the blog for more inspiration, more crafting and more ideas! And with that, I'd like to show you my next cutie-ful project with the super adorable Farmhouse collection! Large layered gift tags! How cute would these be to gift for Thanksgiving or any occasion. Be sure to stay tuned for my video showcase.  Yay!

These tags are made from the 12x12 patterned paper Buffalo Plaid and it's tag-tastic as the tags are ready to be cut and layered onto cardstock for sturdiness.  In fact, these tags would be great just popped onto a card or scrapbook page or bound together to create a mini album! Sweet!

For texture, I've mounted some cardstock from the Cardstock Pack on these three tags.  For extra dimension, I machine stitched them.  I loved decorating these.  The icon stickers and sprinkles look so cute and darling together.  The best way I find for my layering of tags is too start with the tag.  Then I layer that tag onto matching card/patterned paper and then repeat the process.

The matching 6x6 paper pad had the smaller scale tag, and I love them.  They need decorating too! How cute are the mini icon stickers and doodle twine on them! The large tags measure 6x3.75 when finished and the mini tags measure 3.25 x 2.25 when finished.

Don't be afraid to use a lot of foam adhesive squares and pop dots to lift your accents.  See how I've layered the chick on the milk tin.  It gives dimension and visual point of views.

I love how you can leave the tags plain with the graph background or layer on a matching cardstock square on top - either way they look extra adorable with the doodle twine, sprinkles, icon stickers and machine stitching! Perfect to create and have ready on hand for those gifting additions.

Thank you again for visiting crafty crew! I hope you've found inspiration today! Please remember to tag us in our your Socials when you create with Doodlebug so we can all admire your creativity! We love seeing your creations. Until next time; doodle doo!

FARMHOUSE TREAT BAGS | with Karen

Fall is here! The trees are changing colour, the temperature is cooling down and the pumpkin spice is everywhere! So that means it's time to get some more fall goodies out to the people I love and appreciate. You know what that means - treat containers!

It's probably no secret that one of my favourite things to craft is treat containers. I also loves cards, but there is something about being able to add a few treats to a "thank-you" or a "welcome" that I just love. So these cuties, made from a cut file from Lori Whitlock's store, feature all beauty of the Farmhouse collection.

This Hens and Chicks 12x12 paper is one of my favourites from this collection! I used the Farmhouse 12x12 paper inside the scallop to create a bit more dimension in the design.

If chickens are not your thing (but why wouldn't they be??!!), the Fall Bouquet 12x12 paper is also a beautiful choice for the containers! The bold contrast in colours makes a great statement - perfect for a table setting if you wanted to place one of these for each of your dinner guests.

And then add some layered die cuts from the Odds and Ends pack and top with a few mini jewels! These cuties are all ready to fill.

I think I need to whip up a few more of these for out Thanksgiving table! Who wouldn't want to come to my house with these waiting for them? Thanks for stopping by! Hugs,

FARMHOUSE - AUTUMN GIFT BAG | with Miguel

Working with the Farmhouse collection is totally inspiring, and today I have a beautiful gift bag on which I created a quilt like pattern.

I created the structure of the bag with some of the coordinating textured cardstock.  I then cut squares of the patterned papers from the collection to give that fabric and quilting effect to my project.  I love the result!

I used some pumpkins from the Odds & Ends pack to give it even more of a fall feel.

To give my design more substance, I added buttons and stitching details . This bag seems like a very fun and original project to give to a friend. It also includes various materials to create.

Thanks for stopping by. Best regards!

FARMHOUSE GRATITUDE JOURNAL ENTRIES | with Nathalie

Fall is officially here -in the northern hemisphere that is! Probably my favorite season as everything is so cozy and vibrant, and we get to celebrate major holidays. For us, here in Canada, Thanksgiving happens in October, that means my gratitude journal from last year needs to be completed before I start this year's album.   So what better way to get some of the last few entries completed with the beautiful Farmhouse collection.

I wanted to take advantage of the cut-aparts in the Woodland Berries Paper to help me create my pages with ease and beautiful results.

My focus was the 3x8 journaling cards in the paper as they are the perfect size for my 6x8 album, but also provide plenty of room for story telling and a beautiful companion to my photos

I started with combining the design on the journaling card with papers for my layout.  I am using the Fall Floral paper to extend the card edge (it also helps with adding my perforations) to the edge next  to the Country Pumpkins paper.  I added my photo and uses Chit Chat, Bits & Pieces, Odds & Ends, and  This & That stickers to add embellishments to the page.

For this entry, I used the pistachio color in the design of the edge of the card to bring it all together.  The color and tone on tone design in the Farmhouse paper create a great background for my photo, and helped to make all the details in the clusters pop nicely in the spread.

I added a second journaling card to the back of the previous spread to create the journaling insert for this spread, then combined with a pocket page layout.  The cards in the Colors of Fall paper are just perfect to complete the spread.

I hope this inspires you to pull your Farmhouse collection and get ready to document your Fall memories with it!  XO

FARMHOUSE TAG TREAT HOLDERS | with Kathy

My project today combines some of my all time favorite things.... Fall, apple picking, baking and Doodlebug!  Farmhouse, in my opinion is the perfect autumn collection!  And my favorite paper in the collection is the tag side of the buffalo plaid cardstock.  My first thought was to make some fun fall tags, but after baking some apple cider donut mini muffins for friends, I decided to turn the tags into treat holders.  Take a peek...

Transforming the tags to treat holders was easy!  They are made up of 3 main pieces... my decorated tag, another tag cut from the same paper and a third piece cut to be the same width of my tag (slightly less than 3 3/4") by 2 1/2".  I then scored this piece along the long side 1/4" in on each side.  This piece connects the bottoms of the two tags. I attached everything using some scor-tape.

I packaged up my mini muffins in a plastic treat bag, and inserted into my holder, keeping it in place with a couple of glue dots.  I folded up the sides and tied them together with a fun buffalo check ribbon from my stash.  Here are some close-ups of each of the tag treat holders.

On each decorated tag, I first stitched a 3x4 piece of paper (cut from the 6x6 pad) to the front of the tag.  I added a sticker border strip along the bottom (from the This & That Sticker Sheet), and then added a mini doily.  Each was decorated with a combination of Odds & Ends, Chit Chats, Icon Stickers and shaped sprinkles from the Farmhouse Collection.  I used foam tape/dots to give them lots of dimension.

I just love that sweet little kitty and those bees!!! My friends loved them (and the donut muffins!) Have you made any projects using the Farmhouse collection?  Be sure to tag @doodlebugdesign on socials, we love to see your creations.  That's it for me today, thank you for stopping by to peek!

FARMHOUSE TAGS | with Conny

Hi crafty friends! It’s Conny here from The Daily Life of Creativity, and today I’m sharing a set of fun and festive tags I created with the adorable Farmhouse Collection. Tags are one of my favorite projects; they’re quick to make, great for practicing layering, and perfect to tuck onto a gift, basket, or even use as a little piece of décor!

I started by cutting four base tags measuring 6” x 3 1/2” from patterned papers in the Farmhouse Collection: Hen and Chicks, Farmhouse, Autumn Orchard, and Fall Bouquet. For the top layers, I trimmed coordinating textured cardstock pieces to 3” x 5 1/4” and adhered them to the center of each tag. This adds a nice contrast and gives the embellishments a place to shine.

Each tag features a different Chit Chat phrase banner at the top: Happy Birthday, My Sweet Potato, Happy Thanksgiving, and You’re Unbe-leaf-able. I love how these little sentiments instantly set the theme! From there, I had fun layering Odds & Ends ephemera, Puffy Icons, Cardstock Stickers, and a sprinkle of dimension with the Farmhouse “Love This” Shape Sprinkles.

To finish them, I tied chunky black tulle bows through the top of each tag. The bows add the perfect bit of texture and a bold statement against the bright, cheerful colors.

I hope these tags inspire you to grab your Farmhouse Collection and whip up some quick and happy fall projects of your own. They would be adorable tied onto homemade treats, hostess gifts, or even strung together as a mini fall banner.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I love sharing with you all my creative ways of making projects. Xo Conny!
