BUTTERFLY KISSES ACRYLIC MINI ALBUM | With Traci

Hello everyone! Traci here and today I'm sharing a super "happy" acrylic mini album that I made with the beautiful Butterfly Kisses Collection. It's titled Happy Memories and it's the mini-er 😂 version of my 6x8 inch Happy Looks Good On You Scrapbook. Both albums are filled with gorgeous colors and fun spring images. So, depending on your needs ... either one makes an amazing keepsake!

I created this with my clear 4.25" x 7.5" Acrylic Horizontal Mini Album but, you could make the covers out of cardstock or chipboard instead. The only embellishment on the cover is the pretty pink butterfly die cut from the Bits & Pieces. Since the album is transparent, I added a matching one on the inside as well.

Since the first card stock page is the one you see through the cover, I layered it with lots of colorful 12x12 patterned papers and die cuts. I started with the floral Garden Party print. Then, I added the horizontal strip of the Color-Fetti polka dots and the vertical strip of the pistachio Rainbow Skies paper.

This fun layout is actually a flip-up page with space inside for 2 more photos! On the front, I added the pretty pink Butterfly Kisses print and 2 square photo mats made from white card stock and the Color-Fetti print. Then, I adhered the flowers and heart die cuts from the Odds & Ends.

This page has a little fold-out element too. I covered the flap in the Garden Gingham paper and added the cute bee from the Odds & Ends. Underneath, there are lots of sweet little cloud faces smiling back at you and a pretty rainbow die cut. I love its scalloped edge so I extended it off the page. On the back of this page ...

... is pure sunshine! I added the Sunny Days polka dot print, a white photo mat, and flower die cuts from the Bits & Pieces. Then, I placed the cheerful sun from the Odds & Ends on the back side of the rainbow.

This Butterfly Kisses Collection is pretty versatile and perfect for spring and summer scrapbooking. With all its cute images and patterns, it could also be used to highlight photos of Mother's Day, friendships, family, birthdays, bridal or baby showers, gardening, and everyday memories.

So, I created a pocket for all the extra pictures, memorabilia, and notes. I chose the Rainbow Garden paper for the background. I love the pop of orange color and the tiny monochromatic butterflies!

On the front of the pocket, I used the Happy Hoppers print and a scalloped border sticker from the This & That sheet. Inside the pocket, I added three 3x4 cards from the Bitty Blossoms paper. These make great journaling spots and/or photo mats.

This page is super cute! I covered the white card stock in the pretty green Garden Party paper and added 3 adorable circle die cuts from the Chit Chat. Each one has a different little critter on it.

Then for the fold-out section, I made a small pocket with the Happy Hoppers print and tucked a few stamp shaped die cuts inside. They're from the Chit Chat also and their backs can be used for more notes.
