For the base, I layered two different patterned papers from the collection and machine stitched them together (to give you an idea of the scale, each pennant measures 3.25x4.25 inches). I then added strips of washi tape to reenforce the top and punched circles plus scalloped circles to hold my Skinny letter stickers.
Towards the end, I decided to add two extra pennants in order to "frame" or "anchor" the banner with large die-cuts from the Odds&Ends pack.
