LOTS O' LUCK - Beautiful Skirt Layout | with Caroli

I love clothes, specially dresses and skirts, so when I found this polka dots and clovers skirt I really fell crazy in love with it.
Midi skirts are my current wardrobe obsession, and this one is my absolute favorite, so when I saw Lot's Of Luck collection I knew it was perfect for documenting my pretty clovers skirt. All the clovers and green were the perfect fit for my photos.

I went for a simple design with central columns and used plenty of diecuts from the Odds&Ends package, my favorite item from all Doodlebug Design collections.

I love when scrapbooking is an excuse to do something in real life, like this time, when using the beautiful Lots O' Luck collection was the excuse to dress up, feel gorgeous and pose like a model in the hedge of my neighbor :)
I hope you like this simple design, maybe you also have a fave outfit you would like to document, just do it! This is the kind of stuff you will surely forget about in few more years and scrapbooking is such a precious tool to treasure your happy memories.

Thank you for stopping by today!

LOTS O' LUCK - Lucky Layout | with Jana

When my children were little Pat the Leprechaun would visit us every St. Patrick's Day. He would leave a string of poetic clues for my children to follow around the house. At the end, they would find a bag of green goodies for each of them. This was such a fun family tradition, and one I couldn't wait to document with the adorable Lots O' Luck collection. Jana Eubank Doodlebug Lots O Luck Lucky Scrapbook Layout 1 900 I used my digital die cutting machine to create the title in a rainbow of Doodlebug Textured cardstocks. I used a couple of embossing folders from my stash to give them an embossed pattern before adhering it to my page using foam squares. Jana Eubank Doodlebug Lots O Luck Lucky Scrapbook Layout 2 900.jpg The Gold Sugar Coated cardstock mat on this photo really helps it to stand out as a focal point on my page! Jana Eubank Doodlebug Lots O Luck Lucky Scrapbook Layout 3 900 I used my computer to type my journaling inside a circle sized to fit inside the scalloped circle sticker from the This & That Stickers. In the lower left corner of the page I paired the leprechaun from the Odds & Ends pack with the Good Luck shamrock Doodlepop to create a sweet little scene. I love the gold-foiled accents on all of the components of this collection! Jana Eubank Doodlebug Lots O Luck Lucky Scrapbook Layout 4 900 In the bottom right corner of the page, I added a pot of gold, a rainbow, and a couple of shiny gold coins accented with the Gold Sprinkles. Jana Eubank Doodlebug Lots O Luck Lucky Scrapbook Layout 5 900 This page was a BLAST to put together and makes me want to resurrect our "Pat the Leprechaun" tradition this year, even though my kids are older. It was so much fun! Have a happy day!

FRENCH KISS Layout | with Jana

Like most people, I have a deep weakness for chocolate, so of course I love all of the adorable images of chocolates in the French Kiss collection! A couple of years ago my son went to a high school Halloween Dance with his date dressed as Forrest Gump and Jenny. I took these cute pictures of him before he left and decided to use the Chocolate Box Shape Sprinkles and the Box of Chocolates digital cut file to recreate a larger version of the Sweetheart Doodlepop sticker from the collection. janaeubankdoodlebugdesignfrenchkissboxofchocolates1900
I measured the chocolate shape sprinkles and then resized the Box of Chocolates cut file to fit them. It was so much fun filling up my heart shaped box! If only I could take a taste! They look so delicious! janaeubankdoodlebugdesignfrenchkissboxofchocolates3900
I used the Lily White Abigail Letter Stickers to spell out my title. I placed the top half of the title on vellum clouds created with the Clouds cut file. I resized and reproportioned the banner from the Boy In Airplane cut file to house the word "chocolate." janaeubankdoodlebugdesignfrenchkissboxofchocolates5900
I added more vellum clouds to the top of the layout along with a few Heartthrob Shape Sprinkles. So cute! janaeubankdoodlebugdesignfrenchkissboxofchocolates2900
I placed one of my photos on the red card from the French Kiss Cards & Envelopes. I love the way the bracket shape adds a fun design element to this part of the layout. I tucked in a few flower and chocolate die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack in the lower corner and then added a few Chit Chat phrases to the bottom. janaeubankdoodlebugdesignfrenchkissboxofchocolates4900
I loved playing with the cute chocolate images in this collection so much! Next, I think I will make a page documenting my LOVE of chocolate. What will you use them for?

FRENCH KISS - 'Plane & Simple' Layout | with Tegan

Like you, I really enjoy documenting photos of my loved ones. The French Kiss collection, though, makes it even more enjoyable! I just love the yummy mix of blues, pinks, and red and the characters are adorable. But let's not forget about the cute phrases like 'plane and simple' that are included, which I borrowed from the collection for my cute title!
I also am in love with the coordinating French Kiss cut files. Once I cut a few clouds from Doodlebug Seaglass colored cardstock, I knew I wanted to base my whole design around these adorable fluffy clouds. And how perfect is that little French-inspired pilot (from the Odds & Ends pack) flying through the clouds?! I embellished the plane's tail with a heart sticker and added two white baby heart Sprinkles behind the pilot seat. Cute, right?! I used the graph side of the Bubblegum Floral-Graph Petite Prints patterned paper for my background and it was the perfect soft base color for this project.

The title is my favorite part of this layout because I love the adorable 'plane and simple' phrase. And the small pilot gal sticker is the perfect size for this cloud. It's actually from the Mini Icons sticker sheet. Not only are the Mini Icons perfect for calendars and planners, but for layouts as well! And of course I had to add a baby heart Sprinkle to her plane. I completed the title using some of the Ladybug Teensy Type alphabet stickers.

Thanks for joining us today! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of the adorable French Kiss collection and document your loved ones. Plane and simple, right?

FRENCH KISS: Love Is In The Air Layout | with Jana

Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays. Last year I was invited to come on our local lifestyle television show to talk about papercrafting for Valentine's Day. Of course I took photos of my experience, and the French Kiss collection, with it's lovey-dovey vibe, was perfect for scrapbooking about it. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss love is in the air layout 1 900

I added another adorable scene at the bottom of the layout next to the title sticker. A cute couple on a tandem bicycle are enjoying one another's company as they take a romantic, scenic ride past the Eiffel Tower. I added flower stickers from the French Kiss Shape Sprinkles to add dimension to the bicycle's wheels. Love is definitely in the air! jana eubank doodlebug french kiss love is in the air layout 3 900
I used the "Love Is In the Air" sticker from the This & That Sticker Sheet as my title. To go along with the title I built a scene at the top of the page including the hot air balloon and several cloud die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack. I added a little bird from the French Kiss Shape Sprinkles to the basket of the hot air balloon, and then added additional flower sprinkles to the balloon for additional detail. The white spray mist droplets make you feel like the hot air balloon is floating through a romantic night sky. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss love is in the air layout 2 900
I wanted to break up the two photos a bit, so I added flower die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack along with a couple of phrase stickers from the This & That sticker sheet. I also added a couple of the Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles, and a pink tab sticker (This & That stickers) to the top photo. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss love is in the air layout 4 900

FRENCH KISS: To the Eiffel Tower & Back Layout | with Tegan

Love is in the air with Valentine's Day right around the corner and the French Kiss collection is perfect for documenting photos of loved ones! The great thing about the French Kiss collection though is that it has so many elements that go beyond just the Valentine's Day theme. I plan on using this collection year round to document the people, things, and even dogs that I love!
Seriously, isn't this Odds & Ends die cut of the gal flying her little pink airplane wearing a beret just the cutest?! I added a couple Ladybug Sprinkles to the front of the plane to add some fun dimension.

I really wanted to use the Eiffel Tower Odds & Ends piece and so the title 'I Love You to the Eiffel Tower and Back' was born. I thought it would be fun to put a new spin on the popular 'I Love You to the Moon and Back' phrase. The Odds & Ends banner piece starts the title. I finished the title using the adorable Swimming Pool colored Abigail Alphabet Stickers and the Ladybug Teensy Type Alphabet Stickers.

The Odds & Ends pack has so many die cuts, putting together a layered design is fun and easy! A sweet Swimming Pool colored doily anchors this corner design. I used foam adhesive to add dimension to some of the die cuts, like the tower here. I just love layering patterned papers, photos, and die cuts- don't you?!

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of the gorgeous French Kiss collection and document some of your favorite people!

FRENCH KISS - 'Time Spent With You is Sweet' Layout | with Jana

The French Kiss collection is the perfect way to document time spent together as a couple. My husband and I took a lot of selfies together on our trip celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. I used one of those selfies on this page to scrapbook my feelings about him and our getaway together.
I used lots of hearts and flowers on this page, including the shiny Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 2 900
I used the Cupcake Abigail Letter Stickers to create the first half of my title. I adhered the letters to white cardstock and then fussy-cut around them to create the white shadow effect. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 3 900
I loved this couple die cut from the Odds & Ends because their hair color perfectly matches me and my husband. I used other die cuts from the Odds & Ends pack to create a little scene for them to hang out in. A few shiny Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles adorn the clouds. So cute! Everything is grounded on a border of the Love Always washi tape and a vellum circle embossed with a polka dot embossing folder.
jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 4 900 I used the "SWEET" word die cut from the Chit Chat pack to complete the title, layering it right on top of my photo and accenting it with another floral die cut and the Heart Throb Shape Sprinkles. jana eubank doodlebug french kiss time spent is sweet layout 5 900 Do you have a couples selfie shot you can use to document your feelings about your sweetheart? If not, why not snap one this week and make sure to document it using the adorable French Kiss Collection.

Christmas Town - Santa Socks Layout | with Melinda

Take one packet of Odds & Ends die-cut pieces and whip up a collage style Christmas tree to act as the backdrop for your festive photos. There are so many wonderful icons to choose from and they work perfectly alongside the Chit Chat die-cut pieces too.
By adding foam pop dots behind all the die-cuts and photos it creates dimensional interest. And to soften the edges around the Christmas tree shape I added a few white ink splatters.

I created the title using the word 'Santa' from the Chit Chat die-cut pack and then added the word 'socks' using the 'Skinny' alpha stickers. I also added a wee heart sprinkle in red to tie the two word together.

With only a couple more days until Christmas, make sure you have all your camera equipment charged and ready to go as we quite often get so busy on the day that we tend to forget all about the photos.

So Much Pun Sweet Layout | with Tya

I am sure I echo all of the Doodlebug fans out there when I say this collection is AMAZING! There are so many directions that you can go using this collection and I kind of had a hard time choosing what set of photos to use because this collection fit with so many different themes. I decided to use all of the candy themed products from the collection to make this sweet layout :
I am such a sucker for a cute  polka dot so when I  saw the Dot's of  Fun paper I knew I wanted to use that for my main background. The  other pattern papers are the new Dot Stripe Petite Prints and you can never go wrong with those either :) I used lots of different products here as well to decorate the bottom candy border.  I used Odd's and Ends, Icon stickers, So Sweet Shape Sprinkles and the So Much Pun Sprinkles. It was so fun to mix and match all of these different elements to add different  sizes and scales of all the candies. Here are some close ups of the layout:

The "Sweet" title and the speech bubbles are from the Chit Chat. I also added a green ric-rac sticker from the This and That Sticker sheet and an Orange bakers twine bow for some added fun.
I had a lot of  fun with this collection using all of the candy shapes - so much pun is right! I hope I  have inspired you to make some "sweet" memories of your own and make a layout with this  cute collection. Thank you for stopping by today! Happy Crafting!

Down on the Farm | Baby Goat Layout by Tya

Being an avid animal lover, I was so happy to have some absolutely adorable Doodlebug farm animals to use on some of my layouts.  The animals are truly the cutest and I loved using the little goats on this fun layout of my girls feeding some baby sheep one day.

To make my layout I started out with a piece of Blue Jean Gingham/Linen paper. I cut out a square from the Chicken Coop paper and mounted it on some red cardstock. I cut a piece of Horsin' Around paper on the woodgrain side and glued it to the paper. I cut a banner shape from the Farmer Flannel paper and added that to the page. I cut a scallop border using a Silhouette cut file from some black cardstock and glued it under the bottom edge of the wood paper. I then added my photos to the layout.

I added a cluster of the goats, a wood fence, a yellow flower and an apple tree from the Odds and Ends.  I added  a small peach flower and a bright yellow sprinkle to the center of the flower.

I added my journaling  in strips on white cardstock and then added a few different colored sprinkles to make bullet points. A bright yellow heart from the Odds and Ends is also in this corner.

To make my title I turned to my trusty Silhouette and cut out some letters using the Arvo font and  some Ladybug Abigail stickers. I also added some die cut and sticker hearts. I used foam tape to pop up the "goat" word for some added dimension.

The Chit Chat pieces of this collection are especially fun and so I located the one that was goat themed and added it to the top corner of my photo. Another heart die cut embellished this section.
This was such a fun layout to put together! From the adorable icons to the bright, happy colors - I loved using the Down on the Farm line to record this memory. I hope I have inspired you to find some cute animal pictures and pick up this cute collection today!  Happy Crafting!
