BUTTERFLY KISSES MINI ALBUM | with Traci

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a new mini album I made with the fabulous Butterfly Kisses Collection. It has a rainbow of pretty colors, cute little butterflies and bees, and a super fun mix of spring flowers. These papers and embellies are so happy and perfect for highlighting your spring photos!

I titled this scrapbook Happy Looks Good On You and chose a bright pink 6x8 Mini Album in bubblegum. This color is soooo good! Doesn't it looks amazing with the green ribbon and the cover's pretty embellishments?

Sometimes, more is more ... so, I added the Just Charming Clip and Keychain for an extra little detail. These can be used on a purse, a tote, or a keychain ... so, why not on a mini album? It's filled with flowers and butterflies and the enamel colors are beautiful! Such a fun accessory!

And great news! This collection has a 6x8 inch paper pad! It's the perfect size for decorating the 6x8 Mini Albums. I used one of its title sheets on the cover and added some cute die cuts from the Bits & Pieces. I chose ones that matched the images underneath and popped them up with foam tape for dimension.

Inside, I added lots of fun interactive elements like the "Love This Life" tri-fold card above. I trimmed down one of the bubblegum polka dot insert pages and used the edge of it for this card. It opens up to reveal 3 sections (6 front and back) that are covered in pretty pattern papers and photo mats. 

Then, I added a bunch of die cuts from the Bits & Pieces. I matched 2 of them back-to-back along the top edge and sprinkled more throughout the tri-fold. That adorable little bee on the front is an icon sticker.

Check out these fun prints. The Color-Fetti polka dot paper in the background is so whimsical and I love the vertical strip (called Rainbow Garden) filled with little flowers and butterflies. 

Next, I added a flippie on top that I made from the bubblegum polka dot insert page. I added the tab and the "Happy" sticker from the This & That and finished the page with the rainbow icon sticker.

For this layout, I used a pretty floral print called Bitty Blossoms then added one of the six 3.5" x 5" tags that I cut from the 12x12 Happy Thoughts paper. What a great journaling spot! Then, I included a photo mat and embellished with die cuts and This & That word stickers.

I love creating pages that are different sizes and shapes for interest. Here, I trimmed down one of the bubblegum polka dot insert pages to fit a journaling card from the 12x12 Garden Gingham paper. Then, I added the coral butterfly and flower die cuts to the top. 

And speaking of the 12x12 Garden Gingham paper ... did you notice Doodlebug added a new sized journaling card to it? It's the "love this" 4x6 inch card on the page above! I turned it into a fold-out so there's journaling space on the front and room for 2 photos inside. 

Take a look at this cute flippie I added inside my fold-out page. I made it with white cardstock and a rectangular sticker from the This & That sheet. I love the flowers and the sweet little ladybug!

With so many cute pattern papers, I found myself layering a lot of fun elements like - this flippie on top of a fold-out page. I used the door card from the 12x12 Garden Gingham print to create it, adding space for another photo. And happy accident ... the wreath matched the flowers on the page behind it! So pretty.

I love this pocket page ... it has so many useful elements! Inside the pocket, I added three 3.5" x 5" tags, a 3x4 card, and a 4x4 card. These are great for journaling or can be used as photo mats. 

To decorate the page, I used the Petite Prints Plaid & Polka Dot in pistachio for the background, the Color-Fetti polka dot paper on the front, some Bits & Pieces die cuts, and the scalloped border sticker from the This & That sheet. And up in the left corner, I included the sweet little sunshine and cloud icon stickers.
