Hello Doodlebugs! It's
Mendi here today with a layout using one of my (many) favorite Doodlebug colors, Bubblegum! After going through my stash in hunt for all things pink, I gathered my supplies and set to work.
I found these photos of my daughter that screamed Bubblegum to me and I thought it would be fun to create a banner showcasing all the various patterned papers, washi tapes and fancy frill stickers. I love that I was able to find a little frog sticker from the Snip & Snails baby boy collection to tie my theme together.
I created simple Polaroid frames on my Silhouette to showcase my four 2" x 2" photos (although it's not too hard to make your own using a
Fiskars paper trimmer).
I was able to find a basic bubblegum pink label from the Sugar & Spice baby girl collection which has baby images on one side and plain labels on the reverse. The design is pure genius--I love how it allows me to stretch my supplies!

Sweet Love Cupcake Layout

Hi there!! This month each of us Design Team members were told to pick out a favorite Doodlebug color and create a project using it. I chose cupcake! and I think that color was very well suited for this pic of my muffin drooling over a dessert table laden with tonnes of sweets at a recent Birthday party.
I have aptly titled my layout Sweet Love for two reasons, her love for all things sweet and cause she's my sweet love lol! :)
