Daily Doodles: A Month in the Life of a Cat by Kathy Skou

Hi Everyone!  It's Kathy today with a layout featuring the fabulous new Daily Doodles.  I love a calendar page, and one in Swimming Pool is just awesome!  Here's my layout...

Recently we adopted a new kitten, Jax.  He's so stinkin' cute, of course I have about 1,000 pictures of his antics.  I printed a bunch of them in 1.25" square size and set forth documenting Jax's first month in his forever home!

One of my favorite things about Doodlebug is that you can mix and match collections and everything coordinates!  I used embellishments from the new October 31st collection and mixed them up with Pretty Kitty rub-ons from way back in 2007 and they work perfectly together!  I think I used goodies from about 10 different collections!  Here are some more close ups...

The new Doodlebug Washi Tape Collections are perfect for decorating the Daily Doodles Calendars as well...the thin size is perfect for attaching pictures!  I also used some new Chunky Twine in Limeade to make my ball of string...it's so yummy, I can't wait to play with all the colors!
That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Daily Doodles: November Gratitudes Calendar by Wendy Sue

Hi Doodlebug friends!  It's Wendy Sue, and today it's my turn to share another fun "Daily Doodles" idea with you!  I decided to make a fun gratitude calendar for November, a place to jot down a little something I'm grateful for each day for the entire month.
I love that the squares are small, so I don't have to add a lot of detail - just a quick little something. I started with the bumblebee daily doodles base and added lots of stickers, embellishments, doodle tape, and accents from the "fall friends: and "give thanks" collections.
I also pulled out all of the coordinating alphabet stickers I had in my stash and used several different styles and colors to add numbers to some (not all) of the days.
Many of the stickers are added with foam adhesive dots.  Others are already 3-d, because they are doodle-pops!!

Of course, Thanksgiving Day called for the turkey doodle-pop!  Isn't he the cutest?!?

I wanted to add this cute little notebook paper sticker to the top of my calendar page.  I embellished it with shaped sprinkles and stickers.
Here's a quick little tip - when you want to have stickers hang over the edge, sprinkle the sticky part that's hanging off with a bit of baby powder!  Wipe off the excess and now there's no more sticky left!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today!  I hope you've been inspired to use a daily doodle sheet to make a gratitude calendar for yourself!  Have a great day!!

Daily Doodles: December Countdown Calendar by Piali

Hello Doodlebug Fans!!!

Piali here, sharing a project using the new Daily Doodles.
Daily Doodles are amazing, great for variety of projects!
Today I used it to create a quick & easy Christmas Countdown Calendar...

I created an interactive Countdown frame for my daughters.....
I used a piece of cork behind the Daily Doodles page and attached the Doodle Pop Santa to a thumbtack so my daughter can move the Santa from day 1 to the 25th.

I used  variety of numbers from Chipers , Skinny and Teensy & Fancy Alphabet stickers.

The stickers from Sugarplums collections are super cute, I used them with Doodle pops.

I also used Washi Tape , Fancy frills and twine from Sugarplums collection.

I embellished the Calendar using Sequins, Sprinkles and stickles.

I hope you like this quick & easy Countdown Calendar idea!!!

Thanks for stopping by..
Happy Crafting!!

Daily Doodles Birthday Reminder Calendar with Tya

Hey there Doodlebug fans - its Tya here with you today and I am so excited to share with you my project featuring the new Daily Doodles line. These calendar pages are so fun and so versatile as you have seen from the other projects my Design Team friends have shown you so far this week. For my project I decided to do a birthday reminder calendar page. Now in my family, birthday's are a big deal. Since both sides of my family live close we get to party a lot and there are a lot of family members to celebrate! What better way to keep track of who's birthday it is than to keep track of it on a customized calendar page.
I had a great time decorating the calendar using oodles of  items from the Sugar Shoppe
and Hip Hip Hooray lines. Between the two lines I was able to get some really fun items on my calendar.
I added a few sprinkles of  sequins here and there on the calendar to make it feel more festive. I used some Simply Sweet letter stickers along with the Months cardstock stickers.
It's so fun to add photos of the birthday person in the squares next to their birthday. I printed out my photos to be about 1 1/2 inches square and mounted them on some textured cardstock.
I wrote in some of the names and I also used some Teensy Type stickers and some Grey Love Letter stickers to spell out the names and the date. They are the perfect size to fit in the squares of the calendar. I also added some glitter sprinkles, regular sprinkles, rhinestones and stars for some extra dimension and bling!
That's all there is to it! I hope I have inspired you today to go pick up a whole years worth of these awesome calendar pages. These would make a great Christmas gift to give grandparents! Thanks for stopping by today! Happy Crafting!

Daily Doodles: Yearly Calendar by Traci

Hi Doodlebug friends! It's Traci, and I'm super excited about this new project because it uses a brand NEW Doodlebug product AND lots of fun collections from throughout 2015. Do you have some left over Doodlebug scraps or, do you wish you had a reason to use some of this year's adorable collections? If so, I have a perfect project for you :)

When Doodlebug recently introduced Daily Doodles I was thrilled! I'm a calendar girl. I love documenting birthdays, holidays, fun family events, etc. so a calendar is a really fun project for me. With Daily Doodles, and lots of this year's Doodlebug collection scraps, I was able to create a really fun calendar for 2016. I kept the scrapbook pages VERY simple, and plan to focus on filling in the fun calendar next year.

Seriously ... how fun will this be with stickers, journaling, and adding dates and events, and little 2x2 pictures!! I can't wait! Here are a few pictures of my starting point: There is a scrapbook page for each month (note: after the year is over I will slide these pages into a 12x12 scrapbook album!) and a Daily Doodles calendar page for each month ....
